The line was long but moved very quickly through security. Restrooms located on the main floor were large with many urinals/toilets for men and the women's restroom (according to my wife) had almost no wait as they designed it with many stalls. The venue holds around 2,000 concert goers. The sound system is very good as it should be from a venue designed from the ground up. The seating at the tables were reserved with 4 chairs spaced around a small table. It was nice to be able to put our drinks on a table versus holding them. At the end of the last song of the evening, Bonnie Raitt graciously allowed pictures. We will be returning in the future!

As a music venue it's great with modern design and acoustics. However, as someone who lives in the…read moreneighborhood, the theater has created more noise, parking issues, and trash (e.g. empty alcohol bottles from their patrons left on our lawns, as well as cigarette butts, wristbands etc). They also seemed to have stopped some of the earlier efforts to encourage non-automobile transportation (like the SABA-sponsored bike parking). I've attended a show here early on when it opened and parked my bike, but have not seen any more bike parking efforts. I wish the theater would do more to **clean up after themselves** or their guests for the neighborhood (such as a courtesy pick of the associated trash in a one block vicinity after a show). The additional trash, noise, and parking issues are a DIRECT result of the venue (not here before it existed) and Channel 24 showing some effort or courtesy for the neighborhood would be welcome. There are other reviews here about the parking issue and Reddit posts about the lack of neighborliness.

This started as an Internet-only all 90s station, or 90s On 9 via satellite radio. It's supposedly…read morethe first FM station nationwide (?) to feature this format. I knew Sacramento was a test market for new products & services, but this is TORTURE like animal testing. Basically, a computer was hired to play songs that were commercially released during 1990-1999. What I liked about that era was the alternative rock and grunge rock KWOD 106.5 FM played. The Buzz still plays Pearl Jam, Cake, Stone Temple Pilots and Nirvana -- but they mix in TLC, Prince, Faith Hill, and Notorious BIG. That's like a cook who has dropped a filet mignon (or tofu patty, if your vegetarian) on the floor, intentionally stomped on it a few times, put it back in the frying pan and served it to you on a fancy schmancy plate. IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT when your food has WEIRD BITS in it!!

Yeah I GUESS we still have 98 Rock, but they still cater MOSTLY to hard rock and classic rock, sure they're playing some alternative to try and make up for KWOD's loss but it's not the same. LET ALONE how small of a repertoire The Buzz has, I mean shoot I hear more "replays" on The Buzz than on 107.9 The End..... It's ok I don't even listen to shit ass regular radio anymore. I do sincerely feel sorry for anyone without the luck of having Satellite radio and or an i-pod. DIE BUZZ DIE!

When I first moved to the area at the beginning of 2010, I used to love this alternative rock station (I don't remember the name) that reminded me of my beloved Live 105 radio station in the Bay Area. Literally a week after I moved to town, the radio station went off the air. Never to be heard from again. What the f..... I was stuck listening to the pop rock stations and top 40 for the next few years. Ugh. Then I discovered Radio 94.7 and I was in love! I finally got to hear my favorite alternative rock songs from the late 1990's that I loved and none of the repetitive crap that has been coming out within the last decade. I loved how you could text "like" or "dislike" while listening to vote for your favorite songs to keep them on air, or vote off the less popular ones. I've actually heard them cut off songs mid air because of this! Radio 94.7 never left my dial until recently they have been slipping a bit. Not unlike all the other stations in the area, they keep playing the same songs over and over and over again. What about all the other great alt. rock songs?! It seems like they play less than 100 songs on constant repeat. I find myself changing the channel more and more. They also have stopped doing the "like" and "dislike" feature 24/7. Now it's only during certain days/times. I will update the rating on my review of the downhill slide continues.
