She is the sweetest lady, so friendly, and interesting. She loaded me up with a cutter and matches at no charge so that she was sure that I was able to smoke them, and put everything in a cool little bag in case the match box opened up. These sound simple, but I don't think I've ever had a tobacconist give me a cutter at no charge, and even matches seem hard to come by at a lot of places. And the little bag reminds you of something you would have gotten years ago at an old dime or general store. Some time simple things are the most memorable.

That was truly nice so I got 2 owls for the price of 1. She didn't have to do that at all and it was awesome so this gets 5 stars no question.
