Life gets in the way and did not get around to rescheduling. Fast Forward as I believe in second chances On 5/17/23 they reached back out I believe the name was Trevor to which I explained that last time they had to reschedule and if we were going to schedule that I expected someone to come out this time. Scheduled an appointment for 5/25 at 4pm. At 4:54pm on 5/25, 54 mins after my appointment I finally received a text "Hey this is Patrick with on top home services I'm sorry I couldn't make pur Everlights appointment my machine was having issues, is there any way you could send me some pictures and I could give you an estimate that way?" Respect people's time. No three strikes this time.

Worked for 3 days then went out. He didn't show up until the 22nd and the worked again for just 3 days. When confronted about lack of service, he said we didn't own the lights and he would refund us just $250 (apparently 6 days of working lights is worth $150?). Anyway, never got a refund and he took our lights. He works without any safety harnesses and no fall protection. Caution: stay away from this guy.
