Seemed great! I completed a request for quote on their online portal, and then played phone tag with Justin for a few days over the first week of November. I finally got ahold of him and he was friendly in helping walk me through their offering and provided me a quote. Again, the price was about twice as expensive as what I usually pay, but the promise of providing and storing the lights was worth it. On Tuesday (11/9), Justin confirmed our house would get serviced that week - great! He said he couldn't confirm the date due to weather and scheduling, which seemed fine. But - again - said it would happen that week. I never heard from him. I messaged him the following Monday hoping to confirm a date and got another series of runaround texts, but he said he'd come Thursday or Friday. On Friday I got a text saying "we'll do your place this weekend" followed by an email from the company confirming Saturday. Well, Saturday came and went and they never showed. I texted Justin Saturday night, and he said they'd come Sunday, and asked for my address - which didn't instill much confidence. Again - this is a company I've already paid $500 to. What followed was a series of unprofessional and petty text messages that I've debated posting in this review. The texts accuse me of bothering Justin and wasting his time during his busiest season. They also portray the struggles of an 18 year old trying to start up a company, woes of shipping delays, and weather issues, and him getting 100 calls a day from new customers - all news to me, and frankly, not the professional and polished service represented on the advertisement. I asked for a cancellation and refund, which he said would not be possible without mailing me a check. I've asked my credit card to stop payment on the service. We'll see what happens. When confronted about lack of service, he said we didn't own the lights and he would refund us just $250 (apparently 6 days of working lights is worth $150?). Anyway, never got a refund and he took our lights. He works without any safety harnesses and no fall protection. Caution: stay away from this guy.

The service dogs get into barking matches with other dogs and it's a disturbance to everyone. Not to mention the pee and poop that occurs. Another unfortunate aspect is the behaviors of some customers, it's astonishing how rude and verbally abusive these folks were to the cashiers. I didn't see any support from management when it came to one lady who was upset with a cashier who was hard of hearing. This woman berated the cashier and got so upset over a simple misunderstanding. Disgusting behavior! The overall selection of items is fun to look at, but a lot of items are clearly overpriced and can be found at other stores for less. I'm not paying 3 or more for a dollar tree item. The cashiers are always nice and helpful, but the management needs to support them more, especially when customers are rude. As a customer, I believe we're not always right, especially when one is acting up with an employee. Employees deserve respect and safety, without them a business can suffer and flounder.

Yes, real samurai swords. And so many knives; it's practically a convention of blades. :: A produce section. Small compared to a supermarket, but vast for stores of this size. :: There are so many different tools here that this place may as well be an actual hardware store. :: They have local alumni memorabilia, ranging from OSU footballs to Univ of Oregon apparel. :: A collection of animal themed clocks, frames, and general home decor. A bear lamp or a duck telephone? How about an eagle paperweight or a snakehead letter opener? :: There are children's toys for less than $5 but high end coolers that range in the hundreds.
