I had my patio & a square in my driveway poured in the spring of 2024, the quality started out good but by the end of the winter the cement was flaking and there were pits and puddles everywhere. Absolutely terrible job!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I tried to get them to come back out and all I got was ghosted by Adam. This guy is taking people's money and buying cheap material and they do not have the experience to know what they are doing. They don't even deserve 1 star, people work too hard for their money to be ripped off. read more

Had new patio poured. . No complaints at all, price with was within my budget. Had about a dozen different quotes, hired them solely based on how they came out explained the process & timeframe it would take. Hire them again in an heartbeat! Thanks gentlemen, great work! read more

To this day the concrete continues to spawl and peel. I've had numerous companies come out and was told this was poor craftsmanship. In addition, the depth of the "Freebie" swirl pattern is far deeper than the required 1/16" depth and would rip someone's face off if they fell. It catches all of the dirt in the patterns grooves, ice forms because of how deep the pattern is. Adam said they could not get a standard broom finish because our driveway is only 10' wide. Both the driveway and the patio continue to dust year round and the top finish of the cement is very weak allowing for deep scratches from simple things like dragging a tree branch. Disappointed that people keep getting duped by this dude. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company. read more

Contacted company about cracking issues. Came out and said cuts between slabs were not deep enough. They would repair before season over. Numerous no shows. The following spring contacted them. There is a concrete shortage due to all road construction in Michigan. More, no shows. Contacted the following spring. Stated repairs would be done. Contacted me after a bad teview left. Now states he doesn't have to do repairs, doing me a favor.text in June, will be out by weeks end to saw cut, repairs will be done within two weeks. Again, no show and no return calls. I now have a driveway with more cracking issues than the one replaced. They haven't followed through on repairs and have ghosted customer. read more

Reading these 3 different remarks I am totally shocked. I had Cement poured by ADAM 20 years ago and it held up great. I just had him pour a 15x50 patio in exposed aggregate along with my driveway and a shed pad and everything looks amazing. His crew cleaned up everything and I have had so many compliments on it. Adam told me ahead of time that saw cuts should be filled with Exterior clear caulk to keep the water out once the saw cut cracks. People think that things don't require maintenance, everything requires some maintenance to keep it nice. Do you buy a house and not keep up on the maintenance? Would hire them a million times over personally. read more

We had a front porch and patio done by C&V Cement. We had problems with cracking in front the porch within the first year. We had the porch replaced because of water damage and Adam assured us the new one wouldn't crack and if it did they would replace it. The back patio now has heaving in the middle and now cracking within 2 years of getting it done. We had another cement company come out and look at it and they said the patio is back pitched to the house and the back half it dropping down causing the heaving in the middle. Now our kids stub their toes on it. When we contacted the owner, Adam, he said we should be filling the cracks. We paid good money for this patio, we shouldn't have to fill cracks because it wasn't installed correctly the first time. He said he will come out and look at it since December and still hasn't showed. Find another company!!! read more
