I'd count them in my top half dozen businesses that I'll offer to my clients for work. There are numerous other HVAC places I've hired in the past on behalf of clients. A couple have even been quite good, but none have risen to their level of 1) expertise, 2) ease of working with, politeness, 3) promptness, timely completion, and 4) value. I could give several, but one recent example: I was trying to get a home warranty repair on a nearly new heat pump/AC unit, that evidently had been improperly installed. This was just not getting done...the places dispatched just simply couldn't fix it, despite all seemingly good effort and multiple visits. I called Mark, and it just flat gets done. Just like that. Happy client, happy Realtor, happy happy joy joy. They're located in Watertown, WI (Jefferson County), which is just a little west of Oconomowoc, though they'll travel a decent distance. I've had them work as far north for me as Hustisford and as far south as Eagle. He fixed the simple problem in 15-20 minutes. Because it was so simple, he didn't charge me for his time. (The solution involved pushing a button on a GFCI outlet.).
