The cashier is super friendly which really helps with their rating. They offer unlimited car wash plans which is another reason why my rating is not less than 3 stars. The outside of the cars are pretty much done well since machines do most of the work. The low rating is for the poor job of cleaning inside the car. Old rags are used and leaves your car smelling like a dirty wet rag. Dust, crumbs anything dirty inside the car is missed on a regular basis. Car mats are never put back properly and are not cleaned very well at all. There are plenty of staff members, rushing the interior cleaning is the reason behind the poor quality of service. If they can change out their towels more often and do a better job of cleaning the interiors they would have better ratings. I always clean the interior myself after I get home it's never done properly. I have seen other customers complain about the same issue. read more

BEWARE of the SCAM!! We had very worst experience with this car wash service. We hardly used their services for 1 month and needed to put a STOP. When we visited them, they mentioned that they had cancelled the services. We again verified by calling them before we went for our trip in Aug 2023. To our surprise, they kept billing us until the next 13 months (till date). Its very easy to miss entry in our billing statement as the name shows up as "C Bentleys Full Service" instead of "Car Wash service" which is more relevant. Instead of apologizing, they are shamelessly telling us to check our bank statements??!!! How disgusting !! To explain this situation, when we visited your office, couple days back, a gentlemen told us to stop by in person when the lady in charge was available. Your staff isn't educated to handle these situations and we are not responsible for that either!! They didn't instruct us to stop the services via email. We need our REFUND otherwise we will report to agency and news channels. We give you our credit card information, not to misuse it like this. And yes, this is not the first time we got their services cancelled, we have done this in the past successfully without issues with the same exact process that we followed (which didn't work this time). read more

I chose the ultimate package and asked the employee if the trunk of my SUV would be vacuumed. He said yes so I went inside to pay. When I came out I watched them clean the windows of the car. The one guy waved signaling my vehicle was ready. I came over and asked if the trunk had been vacuumed. He said yes, but I decided to open it to check for myself. All of the pine needles from my holiday wreaths were still all over my trunk. They did not vacuum anything and did not remove the floor mats. When I got inside my vehicle the cup holders hadn't been cleaned, neither had the dashboard. Very disappointed in the service- there was nothing "ultimate" about it. read more

I just went there on Thursday 10/19/23. My car was a MESS and it's white. I was expecting the guys to roll their eyes when they saw how bad my car was . They put it thru the car wash, and I believe it was the owner, came out and brought it back in a second time. It came out so well. The guys went wild inside my car. This has got to be one of the worst car washes I've been doing quite a while I paid $30 for the service and a $5 tip. I stopped in to have my car wash at 11:30 on a Thursday. There were no other cars being washed I was the only customer they told me my car was finished I walked over and my wheels were just as dirty when they were finished as they were before it went in so I grabbed a towel and started cleaning them myself figuring maybe these guys would have helped out a little bit but no they just watched. My car looked like it was vacuumed by Stevie Wonder. I do not see how these places stay in business or are people just that lazy and stupid I will never have my car washed here again. I have been trying for a long time to find a place that does a good job they're just aren't any anymore What a shame the service industry has become. read more

I asked which deal would give me an interior vacuum and the guy told me all of them did. I said it does not state that in any of the descriptions of what is done to the car.I asked about vacuuming trunk and he said that was $1.00 extra, which I paid.He was really annoyed at me because I kept asking about vacuuming the interior. I asked the person at the register about the vacuuming and she responded it was covered under all the deals. I had the front mats washed, so I didn't notice until I got home that the interior and trunk were not vacuumed, even after paid to get trunk done. My son-in-law stopped going here about 6 months ago and now I will no longer be a cudtomer either. read more

I never thought I would buy a membership to a car wash, however I was sold immediately due to the value you get for keeping your car on point along with the excellent customer service. Pay $100 for a complete detailing of the car. Exterior was great. Interior looked like the wiped it down with water. There was still a lot of dirt. A lot. And all the stains that I came to have taken out were still there. Looks like they didn't even try. Not only to make it more obvious. After they told me it was done and I was about to drive off, one of the guys comes into my car with a rag and wipes down some of the left dirt and didn't even get it all. Biggest waste of $100 dollars. I have to go get it detailed again somewhere else. Spend another $100 dollars. read more

Have been coming here for years. The last 3 times I got my pickup washed I've not been happy. Today truck tailgate wasn't even wiped after the wash rims still dirty. Spending almost 25 a wash should at least be cleaned. Have to start looking for a new place. read more

Don't bother to go here. Rude staff with the exception of the cashiers. Very nice people. Do t try and ask for any services or changes. I had an Unlimited Plan here and would want to add on. They saw me every week!! They would look at you and not speak like they were mute. Also catch an attitude on the wipe down side. Also with a $60 per month total plan per month MATS ARE NOT INCLUDED!! And when you confirm with the owner that your plan is cancelled they charge you anyway!!! Terrible never go here. read more

The worst!! I stopped going here a few years ago because the guys outside were so nasty. Today I decided to try it again because I needed the inside vacuumed. They did a terrible job and the outside still had bugs stuck to it. When I pointed out the poor vacuum job, the older man out front (who I was told is the manager) raised his voice to me and told me that "just because it's not done to my satisfaction, doesn't mean it was not done correctly". I have only been here twice but will continue to go again. Decent full service car wash for $10.95 (almost $12 with tax). They also have a punch card to use every time you get a full service car wash and after a certain number of visits you get a free full service wash! You may have to ask for the punch card on your first visit. I almost didn't get one until I asked where the tip jar was for the guys outside. The she was like, "oh you've never been here? Do you have our punch card?" My last visit here the guys outside did break my phone holder that was attached to my windshield. I spoke to he manager about it who was outside helping at the time and one kid tried fixing it but it was snapped. I approached the situation pretty calmly and understandably and I was advised to purchase a new one and to come back with the receipt. I did so that same day just incase they tried claiming it didn't happen there. The manager gave me cash back for the item and was appreciative of my attitude and understanding of the fact that it was an accident. So if you don't want to go through something like this just make sure you take things down and store them before going through the car wash. But the staff is very nice and caring. If it does happen don't go in like a lunatic either because I'm sure they won't take care of you if you do!! read more

I normally do not frequent this car wash, my husband does. Yesterday was a slow day at C Bentley n I took my Jeep over to get cleaned. I paid for the full service, I tipped 35 percent because, the main reason I went was to have the bit of straw removed from the hatch area. I guess I should have tipped them bigger and b4 they vacuumed because, they did not remove the straw to my extreme dismay. I did not realize until I got , to say the least, I took my car over to rye 527 and vacuumed myself, it took all of a minute and a half. I will not go again, unless I get a free ticket from Valvoline and only then. Btw, no one was there getting their cleaned but me. read more

This car wash gets worse and worse but the prices keep increasing. Paid for the ultimate. 24 bucks! Tire shine not even on the tires anymore. Barely dried it, now I have to go home and dry myself. I go to a car wash down the street from my house and it's 10 bucks way cheaper. I was just to lazy to clean the dashboard and vacuum myself. Years ago I would go here and it was excellent, I guess the products are getting cheaper and cost of running the business is going up. For 24 dollars I shouldn't have to touch my car afterwards and here I am applying my own tire shine and drying off their soap scum off my truck. It's convenient because it's the only one on route 516 in old bridge beside the self CAR WASH .Trust me !!!..I've been to most within old bridge. Hell I've gotten way better washes on route 9 south & route 18 . & the self CAR WASH on route 516 ..New cars will always look nice when washed . Not worth the wasting money . read more

This place used to be great but overtime the cleaning has become very non existent besides vacuuming. When you ask that they clean something the guys in the front, you get an attitude and lousy respray and rewipe that does no good. I always end up having to do another cleaning on my own. Horrible customer service!! After getting the interior and exterior of my car cleaned, I noticed a patch of finish from the interior of my car that looked as though it had liquid dropped on it. The attendants wiped the patch off and cleaned it and the finish came off. Being that the location and size of the missing finish made it very noticeable, I simply asked to speak to a manager. In a calm manor, I let the manager know of the complaint I had with the work. The manager did not address the issue, blamed me and laughed at me for insinuating that there could have been something on the rag that they cleaned my car with being that there is Goo Gone located near the rags and on a rag they used to remove a sticker from my car that very same day. I understand mistakes happen and I am not asking for compensation, but I do expect decent customer service and respect. You should be thanking customers for addressing issues with you so the issues do not impact future business. I will never be coming back to this place! read more

I went to Bentley's car wash to get my truck cleaned so it looks nice and special event I went home and took my other car out when I came back I look at my truck but still had bird doo-doo on it the wheels want to clean it was parts that they missed and there were still dust on the windows I went back the next day show them the receipt and I told them when I pulled up at the Civic Lee said I need the wheel wells done and the man said no problem well it looked like they were never touched when I brought it back he said it will cost me three more dollars to do the will Wells cuz that's a special request and I told him he should have told me that yesterday but the truck still is not clean so he told me he had not clean the truck if I had a problem to talk to his supervisor I didn't have the time to pull over and discuss this issue with the supervisor they apparently did call him I've been coming to this car wash for years but the service is not what it used to be so I ended up going to an event with my family in a filthy truck. I called the manager to let him know exactly what it happened and what his worker had told me he said I should come back and talk with him and I was half way already to the event I was going to with a dirty truck I spent a little over $10 just for outside cleaning and I will never go back there again I would rather pay an extra ten bucks and for $20 I said go to Route 18 and for one month get my car cleaned as much as I want and it actually comes out clean amazing so lesson learned you can always spend your money somewhere else for professional work read more

I've been getting my car washed here for about a year now, and I've never been disappointed. It's close to where I live, so it's convenient, and it's also fairly easy to get into and out of, so long as there's not too much traffic. It's a hands-off car wash, so all you have to do is pull your car up to the cleaning bay and then stand back. You have your choice of different calibers of cleaning, the Ultimate being the full service, and you also get a selection of neat fragrances for the interior of your car. The employees are industrious and cordial, and if you get a customer loyalty card, you'll get a free cleaning on your eleventh visit. While they might not get your car looking showroom new here, they do a great job of freshening your vehicle up. Highly recommended. read more

Brought my SUV in for a car wash today, admittedly cold conditions, paid for the highest cleaning and was up charged for the suv. Thought the exterior was acceptable but found that although I paid for vacuuming, and interior cleanings including interior shine none was done. When I pointed out to the manager he advised that they did do it but it didn't look like it was done because everything froze. When I pointed out that the vacuuming wasn't even done he did back off a bit and had the interior revacuumed and admitted they did not do a good job. I asked for a partial refund for the interior work not being done and was advised no refunds which is not posted anywhere and against N.J. consumer laws. I will escalate further. Until this place cleans up its act I would get my car cleaned elsewhere. read more

This place is terrible. You would think that if you pay $20 for a "supreme" car wash they would at least wipe off the steering wheel. They left trash in the car. Empty styrofoam cups that we're in the cup holder. Straw wrappers. I basically paid $20 for the job of the $5 exterior car wash palace. They have so many people working there. For what? I don't know. It's supposed to come with car fragrance. Whatever that is because my car still smells the same. If you want your car cleaned, go somewhere else. read more

Worst car wash I've ever had. I came in just asking for a basic wash and the workers could not even give me that. One of the men working there is extremely rude and he will be the reason for this place failing and shutting down. His name was jack I believe. This had to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had as well as the worst car wash. I left there after a long wait with my wallet smaller and my car just as bad as when I went in there. Reasonably priced, and they do a decent job. Staff is friendly, and they have a punch card which gives you a free wash. One of the few car washes left that give you a complimentary trash bag for the car. I've been here several times, and will continue to patronize them. These people have no work ethic! Horrible customer service! I called at 5:27:00 as I was waiting t pull into their lot. The cashier told me they were closing in three minutes. I pulled in at 5:27:10. As I arrived workers told me the car wash is closed. When I went in and spoke to the cashier who told me they were closing in three minutes, everyone in the place just started arguing about the cashier telling me they close in 3 min. as they're already counting out the register .
