Paid almost $80. Clean with the extreme clean and armor all interior. I was with my son and we kind of wanted to get in and get out. Maybe just a bad day but thought it would come out a lot better. Interior low part of back windows not wiped properly. Had to remind and show receipt to guy to get armor all done on dashboards after they told me it was done. Fast forward to my most recent experience in December and it was disappointing to say the least. I couldn't even tell that my car had been vacuumed or cleaned inside. Went to Trax Car Wash for first time at the suggestion of a friend. At the completion of my car wash I could not believe at how my car looked. There was no difference from the beginning to the end. The tires were not shinning. Streaks and dust marks still on car, the inside of the car looks like it was just dusted off. Today just did the Works most expensive car wash they offer, been going there for years but always paid cash. Everything went well car was cleaned properly BUT when I went to pay they included a Credit Card fee sorry but I don't pay Credit Card fees, this in my opinion should not be an extra charge and customers should not be obligated to pay this fee this is part of doing business. It's like paying for the businesses' electric bill and the notice is not displayed at the cashier station? I had recently gone beach camping with a bunch of friends. Needless to say there was a lot of sand in places where sand shouldn't be, especially in my car. On top of that, the morning after I found out that a homeless man had broken into my car and trashed it. My car's interior was in rough shape. I usually pass by Trax car wash on my way to St Peter's everyday and decided to give it a ago. Prices were good for the area. I did $24.99 for the platinum. The staff did a pretty good job with the clean up, considering I'll probably need to get it detailed to have it looking the way it was. They have unlimited car wash deals available as well. Went there for the first time today and paid $34 for what they call The Works which includes everything and when I went to get my car they didn't even vacuum or clean my mats like the package included I had to bring this to someone attention and at that point a very kind worker volunteered to correctly clean and vacuum it I wish I could've just tipped him for his hard work without him having to give it up to the one who weren't .. Better off doing yourself inside and jus paying them to clean the outside if you don't have access to a hose to do yourself .. To top it off I had to ask for the armor all I paid for I legit had to ask them to actually do the services I paid for next time if I have no choice definitely jus paying for the outside and doing the inside myself read more

This car wash does one of the most thorough cleaning jobs I have seen out of a lot of car washes I have been too. The prices are a bit steep, but this place does more than just soap, suds, rinse, and dry. They will do the interior for you (if you want), and they do a fairly good job! I really liked that while your car is being washed, you get to shoot a spray gun at your car with foamy water, giving it a more interactive experience, rather than the "watch how sausage is made" style I am accustomed to. Just be careful about the location. It is tricky and quite easy to miss if you are not paying attention. Otherwise this is a definite spot to bring your car! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Now before I even begin writing this review, I want you all to take a look at how insanely wicked the owners responses are to bad reviews. (Who responds to customers like that?!) And to the owner, before you attack me, I DID speak with a manager at the time of my visit AND emailed you, to which I got no response. I recommend no one ever do business with these people. My father WAS a member here for years. Him and I took my car to be washed. Since my father was a frequent customer, services are usually fine and we did not inspect the car fully before we hopped in and left after the wash was done. However, seconds after we left the parking lot, we noticed the center console control area (above the rear view mirror, shown in the pictures I shared) was VERY CLEARLY ripped off/broken. We instantly turned around and came back to the car wash to complain to the manager. The manager basically implied that I brought my car in broken like this, and tried to make it seem like the workers broke it. When in reality, YOUR WORKERS DID BREAK IT! The manager then stated he needed to review the footage on their cameras and get back to us. Now help me understand how in the world your cameras can see INTO my car to confirm your workers didn't break my car? Complete and utter bullshit if you ask me. When the manager did get back to me (multiple days after the incident I may add) he told me exactly what I expected him to. He lied and told me his workers didn't do it. Anyway, the manager was insanely rude.(Clearly he was trained by the owner.) I was never told they were sorry, never offered any sort of compensation and now am left to pay for a repair on my car that I did not do. I beg - DO NOT GO HERE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS AND DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WRONG DOINGS. To the owner, I hope you lighten up and start treating your customers with respect. I paid for the gold package about $24 soo many spots were missed especially the huge streak of pollen that was on the hood of my car, bird poop above the window and mosquitoes that were near the front plate. I tried to do car detailing here but they not only hide behind a language barrier but also refuse to do a detailing if there is anything in your car including emergency tools such as jumper cables, etc. The girl behind the register talks like she is chewing her face in an absolutely unhelpful, abrasive manner and the supervisor who came to see my car just said "oh you dont want us to do this area?" like the trunk because it has road tools in it. They dont tell you you need to dump everything out of the car and they just were indifferent to the fact they just lost a 300.00 detail and could care less. I was really reluctant to come here after reading some of the reviews & seeing how aggressive/hostile the owner is when he defends this place. Honestly, I avoided coming here until this point bc I was worried about paying for a sub-par service and then getting yelled at for it. Anyway, I was put in a situation today where I absolutely needed a car wash ASAP, so I caved and came here bc it was the closest place. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I paid for "The Works" and told the employees that my interior needs a little bit of extra attention. They said "No problem" and I observed the whole process. Everyone was very thorough, meticulous, and I was returned a VERY clean car. It wasn't spotless, but very very close (there are some still streaks on my windows and side view mirrors + not all smudges were removed). These are very minor things in my opinion that I didn't even notice until a few hours later, so overall I am very happy with the result and am not going to nitpick/drag this place over minutiae. I do have to wonder what portion of disgruntled customers below paid for the most basic service, expecting premium outcomes... It could definitely vary case-to-case but in my experience with this car wash: you get what you pay for. The only reason I'm docking a star is because of the reputation the owner has (it extends beyond just Yelp replies -- I've heard about this guy from neighbors and classmates). Even with a good experience, I am hesitant to make this my regular spot in case there's an off day and I have to deal with the infamous wrath. I went earlier today and decided to go with "the works" which is suppose to be the best of the packages. The place is pricey, but I went for it because I wanted my car to look good. I was not impressed at the end . I spent $30 on a car wash, A CAR WASH. For them to leave bug stains on front of the car which came off with a simple wipe, which I did myself after. On top of it all my rims are still dirty. They rush through everything. I'll never come here again, but my recommendation for the company would be, if people are paying you $30 a car wash. Have a section specially for that so they aren't rushing through it. Makes people feel ripped off. Other cars pay less with the basic package and come out looking better than yours.
