The installers worked very hard to get the job done but towards the end they hurried and did not do a great job on the last room and left all of our walls filthy to the point we almost needed to repaint, but I didn't complain. I was disappointed that Alex did not arrange for matching threshold materials and so I called after the installation to see if we could arrange that. I called 4 or 5 times and sent an email, but they never responded. So we gave up and are stuck with the cheap metal threshold that was used. Here we are a year later and we are having problems with the installation in our kitchen. Planks are separating and planing in a high traffic area because the subfloor was not properly prepared. It needs to be fixed soon. Because of our previous experience with them not returning calls, we dropped in and Alexis told us she would have Alex give us a call the next day. He didn't call. We called back 3 more times on subsequent days and each time were told that Alex would call us. He never did. So, the bottom line is that these people are happy to take your money, but you better hope everything gets done right the first time because they do NOT stand behind their work and will simply NEVER call you back if you have problems. I DO NOT recommend this company. We used Aston for countertops and backsplash and their customer service was absolutely flawless. Use them.

Despite claims on his website, he never filed the required permit for the plumbing work and used unlicensed plumbers on my home. When I asked for subcontractor names, license numbers, or proof of insurance, he delayed providing any documentation. I finally got the COI. FUNNY the policy start date was the date after I asked for it. I paid a $12,500 deposit. Work done: Demolition/prep, unpermitted/unlicensed plumbing (which I had to fix), unfinished cabinets, and cans of paint (nothing painted). Certainly not $12500 worth of work. Deadlines were pushed from the promised 2 weeks to a month, bait and switch. The lack of permits, the use of unlicensed trades, the refusal to disclose subcontractor or insurance details, and his increased hostility forced me to terminate him. I tried arbitration via BBB and he has refused to respond. He took off with my large deposit and left me with a torn‑apart kitchen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor. I should have paid more attention to the red flags. After asking for a general quote via BBB, he unexpectedly showed up at my house, UNINVITED. Predatory behavior, Red Flag 1. Conversation got too personal, not professional on his part, Red Flag 2. Spoke poorly of and to his wife, Red Flag 3.

Jamie the owner told us over the phone they sell tile but do not install but would be happy to find an installer for us if we were purchasing tile there. The tiles we purchased were BETTER and LESS EXPENSIVE then the big box store we went to originally. And the SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE. Jamie deliverd on his promise and then some. He called a tile guy who came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day and was able to start the job the next day and even picked up the tiles for us. The tile installers finished the job in 3 days. They installed a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I could not reccomend Quality Tile & Marble enough. They had everything in stock, helped us pick the colors and styles. Were very patient and attentive to our needs and wants and they truly saved the day for us. Berryman Roofing was issued a 40,000. insurance check to begin the repairs (After 50% done, another check would be issued). He completed the house roof and decided he was done. He gave me back $9,000 and told me, good luck. WHAT??!! So I sued him, and won. Today (7 June 2024) after Frank Berryman used every delay tactic he could think of, the Court Judgement is DUE! I was not awarded all of the money I think he stole from my insurance claim, but the court ordered him to pay 12, 873. for the shop roof he did not build (plus some of my legal fees). He has not paid me. I do not recommend Berryman Roofing.

We purchased a brand-new gate from them less than a year ago, and the fire exit door is already not working properly. These doors are extremely heavy, and during installation I specifically questioned the hinges they were using. I even showed them another heavy door on our property with heavy-duty hinges and asked if they could use something similar. I was assured that the hinges they installed were more than capable of handling the weight and that they stood behind them. Less than two months after installation, S&G had to come back out and adjust the doors. Now we're having problems again. There were also unfinished details from the original installation. When they installed the door handles, they left visible weld holes in the doors and never came back to fill or cover them. For a brand-new custom gate, I don't think that's acceptable workmanship. I've been trying to get this resolved since June. I've spoken directly with their main service agent, Cody, and my contractor has contacted them numerous times as well. Their own office staff confirmed that their notes show we've been calling since June. It's now August, and after months of calls and follow-ups, we're still getting the runaround with no resolution. That's the most frustrating part: I actually love the gate and fence they built. The finished product looks great overall. But when you're spending money on a brand-new gate--especially one that includes a fire exit door--you expect the company to stand behind its work and correct installation issues. Great-looking gate and fence, but unfortunately the customer service, attention to finishing details, and follow-through after they get paid have been extremely disappointing.
