I called him for a much needed estimate for my old home that the foundation had started cracking and shifted from hurricane Harvey. He got under the house and saw the damage told me what I needed to have done and how much. let me also add, I also had gotten a second opinion, the first company was a complete joke. They wanted 3x more for what USA was charging for almost the same work and then some. So, I decided to go with USA, so glad I did. The entire organization and the job performed were top notch, beginning with Charlie (sales) to the job bosses Andy and Diego, and the excellent crew: Victor, Hector, Bueno and the numerous other diligent workers whose names I didn't catch. That was one awesome working crew. Everyone was cordial, worked hard, and got the job done in the time allocated. From a woman's point of view, I especially appreciate their attention to detail in keeping the work place neat throughout the job, especially after completion as well as when entering the house for level assessment. I couldn't be happier with the work done for us by USA Foundation Repair! The work was performed in the time frame we were given and their crew worked diligently with everyone on the same page with respect to the quality of the job. The crew boss, Victor has 23 yrs. of experience in foundation repair and it shows! Having built our home myself, including forming, excavating the foundation and tying the steel, I was very aware of what they were doing. I believe every home in South Texas suffered foundation problems due to the extreme drought condition we suffered for so long. We have had them come out several times to do warranty work on their repair and are still fighting with the settling. Charlie and Andy are great, the office girls, not so much. I have resorted to literally keeping a log of the times I've called and been told that someone would call me back. So far the record of the number of times I've called before getting any calls back is 12. Yes, 12. Their work is good and the workmen are nice, trustworthy, and clean when they do come. I've contracted them to do another repair at my home, in part as a way to get them to come back and finish the warranty work and am keeping my fingers crossed that we can finally call the job done. read more

I will start this by saying I did not have work done by the company, but Charlie came out to do some estimates for a detached building and I was impressed by his honesty and thoroughness. He was truthful about expectations should he attempt to fix our issue and sought to understand our goals for the building before ultimately recommending we not do the work given the complexity, cost and our purposes for the space.
