The woman who helped me was very kind and had no issue that there were no diamonds, and the ring turned out beautifully. However, when I returned yesterday to have my wedding ring repaired (the metal band was damaged), I was rudely turned away because the stone was not a natural diamond but moissanite. I explained that it was the metal that needed repair, but I was dismissed without much consideration simply because it wasn't a diamond. I understand some jewelers may not work with lab-created stones, but the interaction felt very dismissive and unwelcoming. I went to Cc's Jewelers afterward, where they were incredibly kind and provided a thorough complimentary consultation.

Just said I should take it someplace else to have the screw and battery replaced. Now instead of a watch with a new battery, I need to work through a jeweler who will send it out for 4-6 weeks to be repaired. Not pleased.

Once it was supposedly ready i had to physically make all the adjustments to it to get it to fit right. It was missing a bunch of items I specifically requested and it took another month and half for them to order the correct items. I never received any instructions on how to operate the $4,000 smart drive unit other than "just watch a YouTube video" seriously? Then when my stuff showed up that I wanted in the first place like some tires with actually tread, frame guard (thin neoprene) wraps, and a bag they wanted to charge me $600 for tires that cost $64 a pair, $300 for the frame guards, and almost $500 for the hand rims. I told them to go F themselves and I would buy my own stuff for a fraction of the price. Stay away from this place! They don't give a rats ass about there customers and will pass off shitty medical equipment to people because they don't know any better.
