I learned the way they achieved the full lash look for me was using clover lashes, which is one lash base, but it branches into 4 lashes. They write notes so they know what you had done during the last appointment. You can also change what kind of style you like. Cindy and Christine are good at understanding what you would like and can give recommendations. I told Cindy and Christine what I was looking for, and they were able to order the lashes and get the look I wanted. I was very appreciative they were able to order it. All of the other lash techs are very skilled at their job, and very friendly. They are very detailed and finished within an hour. They keep a quiet atmosphere. Christine is my go to tech even though everyone else does a good job. She's fast, efficient and she makes sure you like your lashes. She does everything she can to make sure you like your lashes, going above and beyond. I asked her to order longer extensions, and she already requested it before I asked her. I love being able to text them and book an appointment. They're very accommodating in moving dates/time. Usually a tech is available when I need them.

When we started, she got frustrated and told me that my eye kept twitching. I told her it was because I felt a burning sensation and also felt like the tape was poking my eye. She offered the sensitive glue which i agreed to but I feel like she got really upset based on her tone. She asked me if I had drunk coffee, which I had. In the past, it never became an issue so serious. She kept claiming, in a slightly rude tone, that I felt burning because my eye kept twitching, but she never tried to fully tape my eye shut. The entire time, I felt burning and discomfort in my left eye, and every time she moved my lashes around, it hurt. I have never had that happen before, so I was really scared that it might lead to an infection or something. This morning, I woke up with the bottom of my eye red and my eyes still feeling a bit irritated. Right now, I regret getting them done there, and I'm hoping it's not something serious like an infection.
