I used to come to Me Time Nail Lounge regularly before trying another salon, so it had been a while since my last visit. I was pleasantly surprised to see they've upgraded and expanded the space, it looks great! Theary was my nail technician, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, attentive, and did an amazing job on my French manicure. The shape was perfect, the lines were clean, and she really paid attention to the details. I also appreciated that she took the extra step to protect my hands from the UV light during the curing process, it showed how thoughtful and thorough she is. There was plenty of parking, which made the visit easy. The salon was also busy, so I'd definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time. I've been coming to MeTime Nail for a while, and overall it's a clean, welcoming salon with friendly staff. I've had good experiences here, which is why I continue to return. My only concern is that the Citrus Pedicure is now $49, which feels expensive if the service isn't as thorough as it used to be. I understand that prices increase, but I also expect the quality to remain the same. During my most recent visit, the callus treatment felt rushed. The callus solution was only left on for less than a minute before it was removed, and the same piece of plastic wrap was used from one foot to the other instead of using a fresh one for each foot. The exfoliation also wasn't very thorough, and I left with my heels still feeling rough, which was disappointing since that's one of the main reasons I choose that pedicure. I still think the salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. I just hope they maintain the level of detail and care that originally made me want to keep coming back, especially with the recent price increase. read more

I started with a pedicure from Theary, who is genuinely one of the sweetest people I've ever met. While we were chatting, she noticed my Gel-X nails had grown out and mentioned they had time to do a fill. I admitted I'm ridiculously picky about my nails and usually don't let just anyone touch them. Without missing a beat, she smiled and said, "Don't worry, I have the perfect person for you." Enters Ivy. They covered my lap, Ivy started my Gel-X fill while Theary continued my pedicure, and I couldn't believe what was happening. Two services at the same time, zero rushing, and incredible attention to detail. I was in and out in about an hour, which honestly felt like magic. Not only did they both do an amazing job, but they had me laughing the entire time. It felt less like a nail appointment and more like hanging out with friends who also happen to be incredibly talented. I came here to get my gel-x nails removed and a manicure. They got me in super fast, did the job quick and with little fuss. The environment was cozy (good A/C) and the prices were very reasonable for what I got. Honestly I have no complaints. They also get you a drink if you want one. While my nails were not complicated (I didn't get any custom designs nor did I get Gel-X again -- Stilletos are a hard lifestyle im not ready for), I have a feeling that they would be as quick and efficient with more complicated manicures. I'll be coming back prob every month. The area is a strip mall so if you're hungry afterward you could go get some viet food at Saigon Dish or Chicken Maison. read more

I went here about 6 times before resorting to another location I desired a more personal experience and relationship with my nails lady and they are just so busy pumping people in and out. I got my nails done on July 12 for vacation. The appointment took maybe 35 minutes from start to finish, the tech (Ivy) was very quick. On the 15th I noticed that there was gel coming off my cuticles (where there should NOT be gel touching), and the next evening, gel was peeling and cracking off of several nails. They didn't even last me a whole week because I realized that the tech failed to buff and prep my nails properly. I came in immediately after getting back in town and I was told to come back when they had someone available, but I had work at the time they requested me to come back. My boyfriend basically wasted $40 on something that was supposed to be a treat for me, and I'll remove the nails on my own because I refuse to pay for a removal for a job that wasn't well done to begin with. read more

Awesome place for nails! Vibes are good. They offer drinks, Diet Coke, water, etc. the check in desk speaks English so reservation was easy. I was able to get a spot 3 hours later on a Saturday so that was great. There is a ton of staff so I feel like anyone would be good. Just from listening to the patrons gossip though, the tattooed male is probably one of the better ones. There are maybe 10+ pedicure stations, and 5+ nails spots. But seems a lot of people get their nails done while doing their pedicures. The lady I had was good, but truthfully she did scratch me a little. But also, I have sensitive skin so it could be a "me thing". I'll try her again next time, and update the review. All in all, great place! 10/10 would definitely come again. read more

Found Me Too Nail Salon online via Yelp. I thought, wow I can't believe they have more than 1,330 reviews w/4.5 star rating! Found out it was in the plaza with Havana Mania & El Gaucho Meat Market so I knew I had to try! It's also so close to the 405 exit for Inglewood Avenue. There's plenty of parking & even some w/shade. I'm not surprised they have another business called the Me Time Beauty Lounge since their business is booming. Trying to use the Yelp app for reservations created other competitive pricing options. Me Time Nail Salon also offered online reservations which is nice if you want to request a specific person to set the appointment with for those who would like to use it. I just called in person and talked w/someone to get direct assistance reserving 2 people (for a friend and I). This is for an appointment within less than 24 hours notice. When we came in they asked me to input my phone number so they could call up my reservation. It was a very high tech registration, but the man attending to the front helped assist us through the questions. Tried builder's gel otherwise known as bio gel for $70 instead of for $37 for a typical gel nail manicure. This was our first time trying builder's gel because it's reputed to help nails get stronger over time. The only thing is with a typical gel nail you are able to cut a typical gel manicure with a nail clipper. Instead, you need to file them down if they get damaged with builder's gel. You also need to fill them in from 2-4 weeks when the nail grows out. The refill then is $65... only $5 cheaper. The service was great. The only complaint I had was that I could not locate any names of any nail polish... it was all numbered (see attached photos). I had really wanted to try a coat of Defying Gravity Wicked OPI shade over a Lady in Black OPI shade. I didn't even try to see if I could try 2 different shades of OPI on top of one another. Lei Lei instead took meticulous care to get 3 coats of the same shade of an OPI lighter silver shade numbered #125. My friend seemed happy with her experience with Huang w/the builder's gel manicure in dark red called D&D #477 for the Builder's Gel Manicure and the same color as a regular pedicure. read more

I reached out to the business and booked an appointment for a pedicure and a Gel-X set. When I arrived, I was welcomed into a charming and clean space, and I was offered a beverage with a smile--such a nice touch! I was given a bottle of water. Lisa began my pedicure, and I was very pleased with her service. She was friendly but allowed me to relax in peace while listening to my preferences and executing them perfectly.
