I was let down when I saw the lashes I had and I couldn't dare say that they were not at all what I had asked for, because again service was great! I was very disappointed, especially since my lashes looked like too much for a first day of my job at a Law Firm. Then the next couple of days the surroundings of my eyes began to burn and white stuff started forming at the root of the lashes. I only had them on for three days and had to pay to get them removed. Now I still have some sort of allergy around my eyes that looks like peeling with a burning sensation. Upset because: 1. Didn't get what I asked for. 2. Allergic reaction (not sure if contact dermatitis) from products used. Wish I could have had more of a positive experience since I wanted to get into lashes, but I'll try once more elsewhere.

I showed her a picture and asked if she could make them a little fuller than the picture but still natural, but I could barely see because they were weighing down my eyes, and my eyes stung from the close application of the lashes to the root. I decided to go home and hope they would ease up and that I would get used to it. It was just too heavy, so I called back later and asked to remove some since they were just way too big for my eye shape. Given all of this, I still wasn't upset at all since she was just trying to make it more full, as I asked, just a slight miscommunication. Aside from this, I've been getting lashes for around 8 years now, and have never experienced so much pain and soreness from lash extensions. Something about their glue is insanely hard and pokey, or maybe she used too much (?). The extensions were placed so close to the lash line, and none of the extensions were isolated, which both made my lashes and lash line so sore. I don't typically like to express negative experiences, but I really tried to wait it out and just use lash serum to make my natural lashes grow faster so the soreness and pain would go away, but it's been 2 weeks, and it still hasn't. If you've been getting lashes, you know the worst feeling is when there's one lash you can feel that is so sore, but over the past 2 weeks, it feels as if I find 5 a day. I've ripped out so many of my natural lashes, too, since it's so uncomfortable, and now have only about 10 lash extensions left. This is really disappointing since I thought I found my favorite lash salon, and considering how much I paid and the good reviews online, I was expecting a much better application of the lashes.

She put me down for a wrong date, even if there was miscommunication she wouldn't let me use my deposit for the day that I actually wanted to come. then she told me that I don't have to make a deposit for the new appointment and then she went back on a word and said I do need to make a deposit. she's giving me shady vibes and seems very money hungry She called me and started being aggressive when she was explaining the situation and how she should be able to keep the deposit since it was my mistake w scheduling ... This interaction alone took all day long back-and-forth when I was busy and she kept giving me conflicting text messages because I wanted it all in writing.
