When we started, she got frustrated and told me that my eye kept twitching. I told her it was because I felt a burning sensation and also felt like the tape was poking my eye. She offered the sensitive glue which i agreed to but I feel like she got really upset based on her tone. She asked me if I had drunk coffee, which I had. In the past, it never became an issue so serious. She kept claiming, in a slightly rude tone, that I felt burning because my eye kept twitching, but she never tried to fully tape my eye shut. The entire time, I felt burning and discomfort in my left eye, and every time she moved my lashes around, it hurt. I have never had that happen before, so I was really scared that it might lead to an infection or something. This morning, I woke up with the bottom of my eye red and my eyes still feeling a bit irritated. Right now, I regret getting them done there, and I'm hoping it's not something serious like an infection.

I got a standard regular polish and it looked great. No massage with the pedi. It definitely feels a bit like a factory because once you're done they immediately want you off the chair so they can start working on the next place. At least they're efficient!

Also, there's sometimes a man helping in the front, whom I haven't seen in a while but he was very nice, you could tell the difference!!! But I referred a friend here, her first experience was great, her second time going she experienced a lot of attitude from the front ladies not just to her but towards everyone that came to the front. That's not how you treat a PAYING customer. I am now taking my business elsewhere. The business owner needs to listen to the customer complaints and do some adjusting.
