He took the time to listen, ask questions, and really figure out the issue. I expected to leave my car all day, but it was fixed within minutes. He even brought me into the garage to show me exactly what was wrong. I was stressed beforehand because I thought it was going to be an expensive fix, but they didn't charge which was so appreciated and unexpected. We've had a couple of heavy storms since, and not a single drop has leaked in. Problem completely solved, highly recommend!
