Of course, I take in my car regularly for oil changes and brake pads. Recently, I was having issues with the plastic in the front wheel-wells coming loose. They fixed that for me with no charge. Also, fairly recently, I needed an oil change on short notice due to an upcoming trip. I dropped off my car on a Thursday night after hours. They were able to work in my oil change on Friday. They don't recommend maintenance my car doesn't actually need, they've never surprised me with a bigger than expected bill, and they've been very flexible with scheduling. My wife tells me she's going to start taking her vehicle there, too.

The service manager , Jeff, was determined to solve the problem unlike other dealers we dealt with in the past. We felt like he really believed us about what was wrong rather then dismissing the problem. The salesman, Ken, was very knowledgeable about the new car we bought. Without his showing us how everything worked we would have had to scour the owners manual for days. Lauterbach didn't have the car we were looking for in stock but they found one exactly like we wanted. Overall it was a fun and pleasant experience.

Not sure if this was done in spite or not. When I finally did get to pick up my car all of my white leather was covered in grease from the mechanic and no one had the audacity to wipe it clean.
