They gave me a reasonably priced estimate, so I decided to have the work done there. I left my car at the shop and expected the repair to take at least three hours. Instead, they called me after about two hours and said the job was finished. When I arrived to inspect the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the fender had not been properly aligned after it was reinstalled. When I pointed this out, they began loosening and adjusting the fender outside in the parking lot instead of correcting it properly in the shop. I also discovered that not all of the plastic clips that had been removed during the repair were reinstalled. Leaving out fasteners is unacceptable and raises concerns about the quality of the workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. This was my first visit to this shop, and it will also be my last.
