He recommended also we change the water tank as it was old and not in proper working condition. Since our house is not our primary residence, he made the time on Saturday to come and finish the job. I called their number and immediately spoke to Nate, the owner. We agreed to meet on Sunday morning to evaluate the issue. Nate met me as scheduled and proceeded to do a thorough evaluation of the issue. After determining that the well pump was bad (20+ years old) he pulled the old pump out - almost 600 feet deep - and also wound the pipe and cable. His in-depth knowledge, experience and communication skills really impressed me. He listed multiple options for me and I chose to replace the pump (obviously) as well as the pipe and cables since all components were 20+ years old. Nate came back on Monday and completed the install of the new components. His (and his team's) work ethic and attention to detail was really obvious and impressive. He is definitely a perfectionist which is reflected in the quality of his work. I also had him replace the pressure tank (again, 20+ years old) which was also having issues. He finished the job and all water pressure is back - better then I could remember since we had gradually been losing pressure for awhile. The cost was more than fair for the amount of work, labor and materials provided. I recommend Nate and Experts Well and Pump without hesitation. I got a call from Middletown Septic Tank Cleaning and spoke with the woman on the phone who told me what the prices would be for finding the tank, digging up the lid, and pumping and cleaning it out. I made the appointment for this morning at 11 a.m. I heard a truck outside around 10:30 and sure enough it was them. I spoke with Isaiah(Whitey) and John who were very helpful in answering any questions I had. I was amazed how quickly they found the tank and access cover in my yard. It wasn't anywhere where I would have thought it was. As Whitey told me he has been doing this for 50 years, I asked them what the proper timeline of getting it pumped, anything I can do to prolong the life of the system and they told me everything I needed to know. When all is said and done , the price was right where the woman on the phone said it would be almost to the dollar. I even bought a year supply of their recommended tank treatment product just so I have it. I couldn't be happier with my first time ever dealing with the septic system, the professionalism Middletown septic cleaning. I already have them in my calendar to do a cleaning and two years.
