He did the inspection without us there. The septic had a problem, but instead of failing it and letting us know, he made a deal with the homeowner to fix it for them. When we tried to call him, he did not answer for days. When he finally did, he was rude and said since we were not paying him anymore, he did not need to answer us. He never gave us the inspection report. The work he did on the septic was poor. He used cheap (rock-filled) soil. We had to spend another $1,000 to fix it. Save yourself the stress and do not use them for septic inspections.

Chuck Sweed came out to our home on an emergency call. While installing the new septic, he…read morediscovered a deep sink hole. Rather than back filling the sink hole with rock and making sure the ground was stable, he backfilled it with dirt which collapsed at the first big rain. He placed the Dbox at the edge of the sink hole, with the distribution pipe going across the sink hole. When the ground gave way, the system cracked and broke. When contacted, Chuck claimed this was not his responsibility. When I harrassed him enough, he came out and said the hole was not big deal, the system was fine and he'd fill it, which he never did. Got bids from two other companies both of whom said he failed to backfill the sinkhole properly before installing the system and that the pipes and dbox cracked. We paid the new company to do it right. Chuck Sweed is dishonest, does not stand by his work nor does he care about the customer. Avoid this company like the plague!

He is an extremely knowledgeable in his field, explained his assessment and recommendations very clearly and took care of our emergency in a couple of hours. He recommended also we change the water tank as it was old and not in proper working condition. Since our house is not our primary residence, he made the time on Saturday to come and finish the job. Nate is not only an expert but his ability to communicate and to take into consideration his customers needs are truly remarkable. I highly recommend him.

I called their number and immediately spoke to Nate, the owner. We agreed to meet on Sunday morning to evaluate the issue. Nate met me as scheduled and proceeded to do a thorough evaluation of the issue. After determining that the well pump was bad (20+ years old) he pulled the old pump out - almost 600 feet deep - and also wound the pipe and cable. His in-depth knowledge, experience and communication skills really impressed me. He listed multiple options for me and I chose to replace the pump (obviously) as well as the pipe and cables since all components were 20+ years old. Nate came back on Monday and completed the install of the new components. His (and his team's) work ethic and attention to detail was really obvious and impressive. He is definitely a perfectionist which is reflected in the quality of his work. I also had him replace the pressure tank (again, 20+ years old) which was also having issues. He finished the job and all water pressure is back - better then I could remember since we had gradually been losing pressure for awhile. The cost was more than fair for the amount of work, labor and materials provided. I recommend Nate and Experts Well and Pump without hesitation. His customer service and quality of work was truly exceptional.

After 40 years of owning and renovating historic homes, I would rank Ray and his team at the very top. Their skill, coordination, planning, and efficiency in completing such a difficult task in one day were remarkable. Ray was passing in his pumping truck and observed us pointing at the truck. He stopped and inquired if we were in the need of the septic service. We were, since our regular septic service ran into labor problems and was not able to service us. Ray promised to return in 90 minutes to pump our 4 tanks. He came back and did the job professionally and efficiently. He made us aware that one of our tanks is beginning to disintegrate and advised to replace it in the fall.
