Our technician, Bruce, was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided my wife and I with some suggestions to help improve issues we have had with our septic for several years. We truly appreciated Bruce's work, customer service and expertise. I followed up my service with a call to M & S and spoke with Debbie to relay my conversation with Bruce and to set up additional follow up work. My septic backed up on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I called and someone was at my house within hours, in the dark and the rain and even had to dig to get to the lid. He did an amazing job. We were recommended to M & S Septic when our tank pump failed on a Thursday before a busy weekend with guests. Terry and everyone n the office were responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to get the pump truck to us on Friday morning, confirmed the pump had failed an had a technician to us in 30 minutes. I called M&S Septic Services yesterday to have my tank pumped, they had availability that same day. I felt fortunate but my luck hadn't even begun yet. The technician that showed up was a gentleman named Sniper. I have to say he went above and beyond with a constant smile on his face. I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. We have used Honey Dippers, of Peekskill, NY for many years. Today, they showed up at the appointed time, but the driver said he couldn't empty our septic tank because he didn't have a long enough hose. He said he'd call the company and tell them that. He also said that the company had been bought out, and was no longer Honey Dippers. We later got a phone message from the company saying that the driver is getting old and couldn't manage our setup, but that he was the only driver in our area.
