Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! Alison and Kenzie go above and beyond to assist me to balance my pool water. Kenzie helped me dilute high CYA in the pool. From the start, the Liner was not installed correctly and hasn't been in place, even though the company has come three or four times to try to fix it. However, the problem persists, and every time I contact them, they give me excuses like waiting for warmer weather to work. Now they tell me I need to fill the pool with water for them to come check it, but I can't do that because the work they did is of poor quality and not properly done. I'm very frustrated, as I paid a significant amount to renovate my pool, and I'm still dealing with the same unresolved issue. I've sent multiple emails, and every time they respond with promises of a solution that never come through. The lack of honesty and the quality of the work have left me with no choice but to find another company to fix the problem and take legal action to get reimbursed for the repair costs.
