I feel that I was asked to pay additional charges for return visits to get the pool cleared up when it was the delays that caused the water conditions to be so bad. From the start, the Liner was not installed correctly and hasn't been in place, even though the company has come three or four times to try to fix it. Now they tell me I need to fill the pool with water for them to come check it, but I can't do that because the work they did is of poor quality and not properly done. I'm very frustrated, as I paid a significant amount to renovate my pool, and I'm still dealing with the same unresolved issue. I've sent multiple emails, and every time they respond with promises of a solution that never come through. The lack of honesty and the quality of the work have left me with no choice but to find another company to fix the problem and take legal action to get reimbursed for the repair costs.
