My 2018 white Honda Accord sustained damage to the driver-side window while going through your wash. As a result, I was required to file an insurance claim and pay a $500 deductible for the repairs. Claim Number: 043-819-271-0101-072 My insurance company, GEICO, has attempted multiple times to contact the owner regarding this matter but has been unsuccessful. I have also personally visited your business on several occasions in an effort to resolve this issue directly, but I have not received any response. I am requesting reimbursement for the $500 deductible I was forced to pay due to damages that occurred at your establishment. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, including consulting with an attorney and filing legal claims against Central Wood Car Wash to recover my losses. They really do a terrible job and they're unprofessional. I started going to them back in 2011 when I had a Jeep. I moved to New York and after coming back 11 years later, I started going to them again. I went once and it wasn't great but I let it slide. The next time I went, it was even worse (pic included) so I had to say something. I asked for a manager who they didn't want to get at first so I asked for a refund. The manager approved the woman at the payment desk to give me a refund but never offered to re-do my car. Anywho, a few weeks later, I was in a bind and said let me try this again but I'll speak to them beforehand so we're all clear. I arrived and the manager came out to say they cannot clean my car since I wasn't happy the last time they did it. Instead of trying to make it right and doing a good job, they said they don't allow people to come back who aren't pleased. The prices are decent if they did a good job but since they don't, it's not worth it. Do not take your car here! Go 1-2 blocks down to Pro Wash.

Luckily, I quickly ran to Yelp for an alternative option and then texted a good friend who also recommended Pro Wash.
