Sam's is great when you need a quick wash. If you can get out there during the week, they *sometimes* have interior cleaning options as well, but these are weather-dependent. I do wish they were there consistently on weekends as it's nearly impossible to catch them, but they do a great job for a reasonable price when they're there. I've been getting my car washed at Sam's for about a year. I used to use the wand to wash my car, but over a period of time, the wands became less effective. The last two times I drove into the bay and washed my car from roof to tire, it looked clean. Then I went to get gas around the corner after it had a few minutes to dry, and I dragged my finger across the side of the car and got a bunch of dirt and pollen! This happened with several different car wash bays (avoid the first two to the far left). So, I don't use the wand to wash anymore and instead go through the automatic car wash. The vacuum is good, though, and I can vacuum my whole car on one token, aka one dollar. Admittedly, I'm kind of old school and don't really care for automatic car washes, but this one gets the job done. I usually do the $15 or $20 wash package, which works really well. I just wish the manual wash bays were more consistent. read more

It's an easy YES for me! I have struggled looking for a good auto car wash. This car wash has vacuums, multiple washing options, and the option to purchase a membership. I went once and I am sold. I purchased an add-on for their employees to wipe down the dashboard and seats, and clean the inside windows, etc. It was such a relief to see all of them getting my car back to a decent state! Listen, I've been coming to this car wash on and off for over 20 years. The place is a well oiled machine and the service is always good. When the car wash is busy, the line can back up quite a bit. Especially during the workers lunch break. They take a 15 minute break around noon time. During that time, you have to wait in line and nothing moves. In a society where everyone is in a rush, be cool about this wait, because these workers go hard non-stop all day. You can make use of your time waiting and move all interior items to the trunk. That way when they vacuum, they can get to all the upholstery and carpets. Put all valuables in the trunk or keep it on you. I'm not saying, something will be stolen, I'm just saying we all need to be cognizant and if we locked up our stuff properly, there would be less thievery in the world. Once you are at the entrance to the car wash, you get out and the worker asks what kind of wash you want. The workers will vacuum out your car and then your car will be sent through a conveyor belt line and receive a great wash. The equipment always works very well. Sudsy is an understatement. I always hate car washes that chinches out on the soap. After done, a worker hops in, sprays the interior windows, and they pull it out to get a wipe down. Also there is a tip box near where they wipe down your car that you can put a little money into for the workers. read more

Great experience! Shout out to the tall Black gentleman attendant (I regret not asking what his name was but he was so friendly and always smiling) who helped me at the self serve car wash today. It was my first time using a self serve car wash and I was having some trouble with the process (i.e. getting tokens, the settings). He helped me through every step of the process and even rinsed my car off for me. He truly went above and beyond in many ways, especially for an anxious first timer like me. read more

CAUTION! Don't patronize this location if you have any prior paint damage on your vehicle, as most cars older than two years might have. On 9/30/21, I took my vehicle to this location for a quick wash. While I was going through the station I heard two loud thumps on the exterior of my car. When I exited the vehicle, I noticed both of my exterior mirrors were damaged. I asked for the manager and explained what had taken place. Because, I had visible paint damage on my door and lower part of my car he stated it was prior damage. I replied by stating you could feel the damage was fresh, as all the grooves were still sharp. He refused to touch them to avoid acknowledging what i was saying was accurate. Instead, he asked me inside to guesstimate what machinery caused the damage. After which, he replied all the equipment is soft and asked if I wanted to touch them. We all know the clothes attached to the machines are soft but the mechanisms operating them are steel and metal. He refused to cover the charges because I used a couple of words he didn't understand and when he asked me what they meant I referred him to Dictionary.com. I will not patronize any of their locations anymore and would caution anyone with visible paint damage to BEWARE. read more

This was my 2nd time getting a wash from them and overall it's a basic wash. The place is convenient so I now know why the line is always so long-- they are based on quantity not quality. I asked the interior people to re wipe my windows and cup holders and they got smart with me. I went inside and the cashier said that none of their washes include console, cup holder nor door wiping or vacuum(she said I can pay $50 for detailing). I asked them to vacuum my car again because it was not done well and the lady mentioned the vacuum people do mess up so she will allow that. Let me reiterate, I've came 3 time this month during times you were supposed to be open and you were closed. Once I saw your manager Jorge leaving and I asked are you closed seeing the closed red sign and he said yes, the pointed at the lot and said it's slow. On another occasion I came at 5:15 got to the start of the line at 5:24 and the guy put up the closed sign. Your listing says close at 5:30 me being there at 5:15 I should have been serviced. Just because Sam's have been in business for 60 years doesn't mean cars don't mean that cars don't suffer damage. Don't bother!!! This was absolutely ridiculous. I have been coming here for years and like every other place I understand that Covid has completely made people change the way they process what they do. But today without warning my car was washed from the outside and nothing done on the inside including cleaning my mats as well as vacuuming my car. For $24 I would think you should make that aware to people because I could easily go through a drive-through gas station car wash to get what I got today. Now I have to go and vacuum out my car and go home and wash my own damn mats. This will not happen again!!!! read more

Not good! So this is my second time here, my first time here was a few years ago in which I was not satisfied but today I figured, hey it's been a few years let's give them a try again. On my way to work I spilled my smoothie on the plastic mat and carpet and I wanted to hurry up and get it cleaned up so I stopped by sams. Yes the folks are nice however the job was awful (smoothie still all over, bugs still on front bumper, and rims still dirty. I love getting my car washed here! For $18 bucks, I'm getting just about everything done except getting the tires polished. My car gets washed, soaped, waxed and something added on (poly-whatever). It's one of those places where the big machines does the washing. First of all, your car is set on Neutral as it'll be lead through a tunnel. Just before your car goes in, your mats are vacuumed. You can walk inside the building and watch your car go through a series of car washing. Each time something new is being added or done, chimes are set off. The waiting area is really nice and comfortable. The cashier there is really friendly. You can purchase scents for your car there...at reasonable prices. You know, like those scented trees that you can hang off your rearview mirror. After your car is washed, it is driven out for a team of guys to dust the interior and dry off the exterior. Now, Sam's does a good job. However, only 4 stars are rewarded because the team doesn't completely dust everything inside. Even when you call them out to re-clean, they still don't clean up everything. So, have a canister of Clorox wipes or whatever ready in your trunk to clean up the "leftovers". read more

If I could rate it a 0 I would. This is the second time I drove across town to get my car washed and the general manager stop the line 15 mins before closing time which is on google 8:00am - 5:30pm. I honestly should have check the reviews before rating because I'm not the only person that has experienced this. The general manager told me that it's the owners that tells him to stop the line because it takes 3 minutes per car and employees won't be paid if they are required to work over. Umm I don't know about you, but $18 for a car wash not including wheel cleaning is expensive. Even more so when the service is lacking and the results are unsatisfactory. I always see lines and lines of cars at Sam's. I thought it would be a good spot and a good price. I was wrong, wrong. The car came back no cleaner than if an 8 year old had done it. They didn't wipe the interior, their clothes left a sandy, dusty film on the rear seats. I'm guessing that was the vacuum cleaner. The worst part was the wheels. I paid extra for the wheel treatment. The wheels came back with visible residue on them, no coating or even cloth cleaning. They didn't even wipe off the lower body panels. It was like they only pressure hosed the car. Sam's is the best place and only place to get your car washed! The last time I had the full service wash and the ceramic shield coating was well worth the small additional cost! Simply fraudulent. I came for a car wash yesterday and my car is still dirty! I can absolutely admit that I do not care about my car being squeaky clean like men do, so when I leave the car wash I don't double check the car because I assume that paying $22 for a car wash, they would do a decent job. No. My car is a mess and I was just told that they can't do anything about that. Worst service ever. Can't wait to speak with the owners in the morning.
