They also installed our kitchen flooring. Just had a serviceman come out because the dishwasher door stopped closing properly. As soon as the repair person removed the kick plate you could see that Summit had just shoved some small pieces of the flooring under the front two legs. The repairman removed the small pieces and used the legs to level the dishwasher and all was fine. Over time the small flooring pieces had collapsed the door could not shut. unbelievable! Cannot recommend. Would have liked to because they are local and that's why we chose them.

My first call went to voicemail, and he returned my call while I was leaving a voicemail message. On March 24, 2026, Zach and Craig came to our 1850 sf home to clean all the carpeting. They arrived on time and got right to work, bringing in their equipment carefully and putting corner guards in place throughout the house. One of the first things I noticed was the pleasant scent - it is very light and does not smell like chemicals. My usual preference is for no scent, but I found myself preferring this delicate scent. They were efficient and quick (but not too quick!), and the carpets looked very clean when they were through. The price is one of the most reasonable I have found in Reno and includes a military discount (thank you, Zach, for your patriotism!). Fresh Start is fairly new to our area, but not new to the business of cleaning flooring. We look forward to trying their tile cleaning service next.
