Unplanned mani-pedi with D-in-L late weekday morning. Pedi water tepid, rough with cuticle and nail trimming - made me very anxious, but no broken skin on toes. Mani nail file/buff and cuticle trim very rough - one cut with snippers without apology at all - later found SIX areas of tenderness and/or broken skin. Both of us chose "Cat's Eye" polish (unfamiliar with process) and magnet not used, so just plain shiny polish - frustrated by that time and ready to go. Same person did all services and communication was very poor. Mani area looked like dusting/cleaning around supplies and light hadn't been done in quite some time. Will not go there again! read more

Poor customer service. They make appointments and don't show up to keep them. Had a 9am appointment no one showed up until 9:30 .

If I could make a negative Star I would!! These people are the utmost unprofessional I've ever seen! I called in advance earlier in the week for an appointment for 4 acrylic nails for my daughters birthday. The appointment was for 11:30 Saturday. It is now 10 minutes until 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they are still waiting!!!! They were told to sit at the nail desk at 1:00. Only one of them is getting taken care of because two other ladies walked in that had their appointment at 12;30 for a pedicure and THEY TOOK CARE OF THEM OVER THE 11:30 APPOINTMENT!!!! No apology, no explanations!!! They just dropped the four manicures like we didn't exist!!!! Who does this??? The lady even looked at me sternly and asked if we had an appointment and I told her "yes at 11:30?!" I will NEVER go back to this salon! I encourage you not to as well. Unless you desire to be at a salon on a Saturday for 4 hours and have customers pushed ahead of you?!?! read more

This was the most terrible experience in a nail salon that I have ever had! I've been going to nail salons over 20 years. First of all, the station was dirty and even had small pieces of other people's cut fingernails laying on it. I mean, c'mon, how long does it take to sweep that stuff off into the trash after each client?? The man was rushing me to select a nail polish color and then when i selected a different polish color before he ever even started painting, he got all upset. He was very rough when filing and then cut my cuticle and made it bleed, and never even apologized! I told him "no more cuticle trimming, just paint my nails." He then never said another word to me while I was there. Rude and unprofessional. Will never be back! read more

I called an made an appointment for two sets of nails @ 130, they took a walk in at our appointment time so we waited over 15 mins before they even got started and then all the workers but one left so it took hrs for the two of us to get our nails done. read more

well i just read all these negative reviews... and i have to say ive been coming here for Pedicures for 2 years and have always had a good experience. usually im a walk in, and usually i get in right away... the guy who does it gives me full treatment, massages legs and feet, and so relaxing and paints my toenails and does a great job. :) read more

Worst Nail Salon EVER!!! Do not waste your money going here! Not only did I pay $100 for my daughter and I to get our nails done the quality of work was poor nails were not fully painted correctly all different lengths. The lady doing our nails was to worried about the guy do a pedicure for another lady then our nails. Worst experience ever and an hour and half of my life I will never get back!!!!!!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place is awful. The workers are rude. They want you to spend a lot of money on crappy service. I went in to get my nails polished, something quick before my date. The man rushed me to pick my polish and kept trying to push off other services I did not want. The people here are very rude! The man was rushing us to pick our nail colors out they where yelling at my mom to! It is also very disgusting here! They have used paper towels on the tables and the skin clipper things still had skin in them! They also got fingernail polish all over! Last but not least they put my fingers in cold water! If you go there have one of the men give you a pedicure the woman I had did not do a complete pedicure she massaged on leg not both she removed callouses from only one foot didn't even look at both of them. I paid for the more expensive pedicure and she didn't even do every thing it said on the service list. read more

Had a manicure & pedicure by a young man, who you could tell from the get go he didn't want to be there. Worst nail services I have ever received anywhere. The French manicure he did was patchy on all ten fingers and then he didn't do a topcoat. I had to touch it all up myself when I got home and apply my own topcoat. As for the pedicure, he barely spent any time on each step. I also requested the spa pedicure with all the extra steps and he didn't do at least 2 of them. When he went to apply the topcoat on my toe polish he started to use a bluish/green one that you could totally see on top of my polish. So then he covered it up, instead of taking it off of the one toe and starting over. By the time he got done with the one toe and layering SO much polish on it, it was SO thick it would never dry and he didn't bother to use the toe separators so of course smudged before I even left. Another thing I thought was odd, one of the technicians had a small boy (about 4-5 yrs) at a back table set up with him eating fried chicken (at 9am in the morning btw) and a tablet to keep him occupied. However the child had the tablet turned up very loud and he was watching videos on YouTube with tons of foul language. It just felt inappropriate to me. read more
