I received several confrontation emails over the 10 day period reminding me of and confirming my appointment. I live 30 minutes from the location of said appointment. I walked in for my appointment and Elizabeth asked if I got her text or an email. I said no text but yes confrontation emails. She ask if my number was the one I used to make the appointment. I said yes. She said that's was where she sent the text message and was becoming hateful/short with me as if I don't know my own phone number but she could not have possibly missed typed it. I check my emails and see that 10 minutes prior to my arrival I received an email canceling my appointment. 10 minutes prior I was driving and do not check my emails while I drive. Like I said I live 30 minutes away. She informed me they didn't have the device needed to do my lash lift and tint. I ask which part was missing for the lift or the tint thinking I could still get one or the other. She repeated to me "I don't have the device". I guess that meant for either but could tell she just didn't want to mess with it. She became increasingly short and rude when I tried to figure out what else could be done. It seems unprofessional to let a product run out when you know 10 days in advance that an appointment is coming that requires that particular product. She then tells me she can get me in first thing Saturday. Today is Thursday New Year's Eve. She told me she waited so late in the day to cancel my appointment "in case" the device came in the mail. If it has to come by mail, the mail doesn't run on New Years..... it just kept getting more suspicious as she continued to become increasingly rude. I said well how long does a classic set take, I can just do that. She moved her curtain and looked right at me and said "I don't have time for you today"....I am sure that she probably wanted to go party like everyone else on New Years and was just trying to leave early, but then don't make appointments or if you do by mistake, cancel them prior to the client showing up. I checked online at the websites timing and it says 1 hour and 15 minutes for a lift and tint and 1 hour and 30 minutes for a full set of classics. I get that's 15 minutes more but when you have messed up and been unprofessional what's 15 minutes. She may have done a great job but the level of unprofessionalism was not worth the rescheduling to find out.

She then told me to contact her about a month before the wedding. I text Danielle on May 12. No response. Message was delivered and seen. Texted, called ( left messages), and emailed her with no reply. I have been trying to dispute this payment since she never responded. She has refused to give me back my money. I did what she asked. Contacted her a month before the event. She never answered. She still won't respond to any of my attempts. This is ridiculous. She didn't even reach out to me. Very disappointed.

So I am going to share my experience. I decided before I went on vacation that I would get my eyelashes done. I have had them before and have been wanting to do it again for awhile. I found a business in Sullivan named Lashed by Danielle. I called to make an appointment and told her that I had had lashes in the past but had some itching from the glue and would like to try the sensitive glue this time. She stated that was fine and made the appointment. You have to prepay for all services with her before she will book your appointment. I was skeptical but did it anyway. I went in for the appointment and everything went great. She did make a couple comments about why she felt I had itched the first time etc and not believing it was from the glue. I did not know that she did not use the sensitive glue until after the appointment and then within 24 hours was starting to have a full blown allergic reaction. My eyelids felt like they were on fire, swollen and itching so bad. I reached out and told her the problems I was having. She suggested Benadryl and lumify eyedrops. I was already taking the Benadryl. That evening I told her I was about to rip them off and she suggested I not because I would not have any lashes left. So Wednesday morning I got up and bought everything I could over the counter to try and get the lashes of with no results. She was not going to be able to see me till Thursday! I contacted her again and she was able to fit me in Wednesday afternoon. She applied the adhesive remover for 30 minutes with no luck. She did it again for 10 minutes. You guessed it. These damn things will not come off. She ended up having to banana peel them of my lashes one by one. I knew that the only way to stop the reaction was to remove the irritant. During the removal she stated she didn't use the sensitive glue because she had had her bottle for more than 2 months and that she has never in 4 years seen anyone react this way to the glue. I am upset because #1 requested sensitive glue and did not receive that. #2 I had prepaid for a fill when I got back from vacation with a tip. #3 not only did she not refund any money for the application of the lashes. She kept the money and tip I had prepaid for the fill and stated that it was for the removal. #4 I had irritation with my eyelids for my entire vacation and am just now starting to heal from it. I am so upset that a business can not provide services that you request. Cause you pain and suffering and then keep all your money. I would never recommend her business to anyone for anything after this experience. She was working out of Face Beautiful in Sullivan Missouri. I know that we will have mutual friends amd acquaintances that will disagree with me. I personally don't care. She should have given me the services I requested and since she didn't should refund all or part of my money for what I was charged and the removal should have been free. Terrible experience I do not wish to repeat!
