I would put ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! Horrible service!! The guy who did my nails was absolutely terrible and rude. I didn't feel welcome nor did I feel comfortable. I got a full acrylic set which were SO THIN, it looked like press-ons and they chipped after only 3days! Anywhere else, my nails would've lasted at least 3-4 weeks without being chipped. My friend and I made an appt for a manicure 5 days ahead of time and the lady rudely asked if we would even show up. I assured her we would. Today we arrived on time for our appt and there was a note on the door that said they closed early come back another day. No phone call-nothing. Let me start by saying that if I opened a service based business in another country, the first thing I would do is hire a receptionist from that country to speak the customers language. Tried 4 times to call this morning and no answer. Drove there and found many customers. When I went in one man said "we busy, you come back 40 minutes". I said why, don't you answer your phone to which he repeated, "we busy", then "you sit we do you next. I sat on the sofa and looked behind me and the window sill was filled with dead flies. I got called for my pedicure-------observed all of the sponges, tools, get put into a drawer on the cart, to be picked up and used by the "tech" at the next chair. This is NOT Vietnam. We have standards for disease control. Where are the inspectors? Disgusting! Rude! Maybe if the clean American salons would do a better job and price themselves affordable they would "clean out" the customer base of these filthy businesses. read more

Absolutely, do not recommend ever. They completely messed up my daughters nail, so bad that they had to be removed that day. They were very lumpy, not even. they refused to do a refund, stating they would only repaint, which won't fix the lumpiness. She refused to get ahold of a manager or someone above her. read more

Literally the worst pedicure I've had in my entire life. The gentlemen didn't even speak one word of English. I'm praying I don't get an infection. This place is not sanitary. They don't use liners to place in the bowls after each customer. They use dirty sponges to remove callus off your feet. I asked if it was sanitized and the gentleman ignored me. Another woman had to remove my ingrown. She was rough removing the ingrown and made my toes bleed. They didn't even use a disinfectant to stop the bleeding. I have dry blood in my toes. Don't even get me started on the polish on my toes! My 5 year old niece could have done a better job. I was going to get gel, but with the many errors, I said HELL NO!!! Plus, they charge $3 to use a debit/credit card! That's highway robbery!!!! read more

Seen many great reviews about this place so wanted to try it out since the nail salons in St Robert ain't that great. Well... I will never go back. I got a full set with Gel polish (just pink and my ring finger white with a flower) and a pedicure with just regular pink polish. I spent 85 dollars. No way should I have paid that much especially for what my nails look like. They are horrible. The nails don't even cover my real nail, the gel clear coat ain't even on the whole nail, the gel is on my finger and she rushed so fast to get them done its ridiculous. Then I sat for 30 minutes or more in the pedicure chair waiting to get a pedicure which lasted maybe 15 minutes. They don't even have their prices listed anywhere (at least no where I seen or my friend that was with me, who is also very unhappy with her nails as well). I only gave them 1 star because the lady that did my nails was nice. read more

So disappointed to see the only reviewing this place was poor! I love this place. I've been to practically every nail place in Rolla and this is my favorite. "Lucky" (I think they call him) does a great pedicure. Be sure to make an appointment- everyone I know comes here and he books up! Rates are very very reasonable. This place is new in Rolla. I asked for fake gel nails and half way through the manicure realized the girl had no idea what I was asking for. She continued to justify why what she was doing was better than what I asked for plus she didn't have time to correct her mistake. No one speaks English well at this place. I went here after being recommended it by several people. First, with an appointment, I waited over an hour. Then the woman "buffed" my nails to prep them for acrylic. When I say buff she drilled so far down that it hurt. Then the nails were too long and she wouldn't round them off how I wanted. I will never be going back. read more

I love Kevin and he does awesome work they just need to work on their scheduling They take walks in so if you aren't in there waiting before your appointment time you are out of luck. They are not truthful on how long the wait will be. They'll tell you 10 minutes and there you are 45 minutes later still waiting. Not a lot of gel colors. Last time I said would be my last. The guy talked politics the whole time even after I said I don't want to talk politics. read more

Terrible! A pedicure should be relaxing and not painful. The older man that did mine made it so painful because he scrubbed so hard. I asked him to stop but he didn't. After the third time of asking him to stop, he went and got someone else. I now have a raw spot on the bottom of my right foot. This is 2 weeks after! read more

I rated this salon 5 months ago and gave it 5 stars. It has become a very popular salon, so much so that they don't have time to do a good job. I make appointments because I don't like waiting. An appointment with them means you are first after the walk in they took 5 minutes before you get there. I wanted gel on my nails and he said I couldn't do it because it was for short nails. The next time I asked he said my nails were too short. I let them grow for several weeks and he said they were too short. I said I'd go somewhere else to get it done and he relented and did the gel. They were so short when he got through I was angry, not to mention the one nail that is so crooked my finger looks awkward. I asked for a pedicure without an appointment and asked if I could soak my feet while I waited. He refused to let me sit in the chair so I said I didn't need a pedicure and found a new salon to go to. If they got more technicians that were good, I'd go back but that's not in the future so I'll help by being one less customer. Wish it had stayed the best. read more

My gel manicure chipped less than a week later...I've gotten dozens of gel manis and have never had one chip. It's not like I do manual labor or anything that would be expected to make it chip, either. One of the employee's children was there, he was actually physically pushing me around as I looked at the nail colors. It was uncomfortable.
