I called again at 10:56am and the agent that time called the actual crew to find out what was going on and then let me know they were running behind and would be calling me right now to let me know what's going on. I asked her to cancel instead since the window had passed without anyone letting me know that they were not coming on time. I have no problem with them running behind/being late but the lack of consideration in not contacting me to let me know is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
