But when is the bank ever crazy? Apparently only the days when I visit. I lucked up in finding a spot, but when I went inside I saw that the bank was buzzing with customers. At the front door there say a young lady behind a desk who was taking names and the reason for our visit. I'm not sure if I've ever experienced that before at a bank. It definitely was a helpful, effective idea as she started the visit off with a smile and assistance vs. having folks waiting around and just hoping to be noticed. Although it was busy, (there 10 seats in the lobby were all filled! Did everyone come into some $ and I missed my cut? Lol) I feel as though I was only sitting for 6 or 7 minutes before I heard my last name called up. When I approached the counter, I explained my reason for my visit and presented my ID. The teller was friendly and so quick, I don't think I was standing at her counter for more than 5min. She answered my remaining questions and sent me on my way with a smile.
