He " took me by the hand" to direct me how to open the owner portal that I couldn't get it to open with many times of changing password etc, and he had so much patience and kindness that I was impressed! When he came to my condo, he asked me if I need any thing else before he left, and that was very thoughtful of him to even ask. I had a serious issue with water intrusion from the upper unit that caused so much damages to my property including mold, that he was very transparent and offered his license contractor after 5 high estimates that I had, to fix the damages in very reasonable price. He came to check the results after he finished and made sure that it will be satisfactory. He shared his knowledge and guided me through the whole stressful process. Even on Saturday he picked up the phone and helped me with very delicate situation that I wasn't sure how to handle. His assistant Gabriella also very kind and responsive and has a lot of patience dealing with very flaky tenants some times that will not fallow up to view the property. She'll go the extra mile just to accommodate the client and I was very appreciative of the way she fallow through her promise. Which was beyond my expectation. This team: Jared and Gabriella, are the absolute best management property that you can count on to deliver results of good tenants and timely response and hard work that they'll not try to put off even in the weekends. They continue to be helpful even after we moved in when we had a minor issue with a leaky sink. If it gets answered,an electronic answering service picks up that plays rave music with no message. If the mailbox is not full, you can leave a message that will NEVER be replied to. The only time they appear is during change of ownership. That's when they come up with violations and nice big hefty estimates for them to correct them. They sent an estimate for $3500 to paint a railing and touch up a couple of walls. I took care of it for under $700. They knit pick to try to make a buck. Back to their unprofessionalism, I was finally able to get a human to answer the phone!! All I got were excuses as to why I couldn't get my clearance letter. Apparently the inspector was sick, sorry for him, but they have zero back up plan. I tried to speak to the person in charge of the property, Sue., I was placed on hold for almost two hours. My phone died. This lady Sue couldn't possibly be so busy that she can't pick up the phone for 1 minute. Extremely unprofessional and immature on her part. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

This company is extremely disorganized and, in my opinion, operates in a dishonest and unprofessional manner. Association fees are raised year after year, yet there is little to no visible improvement in property maintenance. Repairs are either not completed properly or ignored altogether, leaving the property in poor condition. There are also serious concerns about financial management. Funds, reserves, and payments appear to be mishandled, and the association is consistently pushed into debt. Additionally, the company fails to comply with legal obligations by not providing homeowners with proper documentation or transparency regarding how money is being spent. Board elections and meetings are not conducted appropriately, and homeowners are not given a fair or transparent process. Communication is another major issue--calls and emails from residents often go unanswered, leaving concerns unresolved. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly caution any association considering working with this company.
