The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is that this was my first time and I felt like the instructor wasn't really thorough when it came to getting settled in the bungee. I also couldn't help but feel there was a bit of favoritism in the class between instructor and regulars who come here. It was a very fun and accepting environment and the instructor was very nice. For a first class, it was pretty easy to get comfortable with the bungee. It's a challenge for your core to hold yourself up but your stomach in some moves, but it's honestly really fun so you barely notice. It's a little more expensive than some other fitness classes, but really cool to do once in a while to change it up. Check it out!

Seth's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate lifting heavy safely with correct form and I find all the different exercises helpful with daily life. 18 holes on the golf course, hours of yard-work, running an occasional mile are all WAY easier thanks to 3 hours a week. The consultation was interrupted constantly at 11:45 I left but not before I went into his office, he told me about his multiple programs. Spent @ least $500. Was not given a copy of the contract. After thinking about the gym, that by order of the Governor was not supposed to be open had people working out without masks. The next day I told Seth I was not comfortable there because of the lack of safety related to covid. I asked for my money back and he said I could do the program online, that was not what I signed up for. He refused to give me back my money saying it was non-refundable per the contract. I did not get a copy of the contract. It was 1 day after I signed it. I asked if i could get personal training from him but he didn't have time, said it could be with one of his employees.Thought about reporting him to Albany County, didn't because I felt guilty unlike him and his business practices. Definitely wouldn't ever recommend him. I made a huge mistake believing him.

And still have not healed from the bacterial infection I acquired there and its been well over a month and alot of Epsom salt bathes. Like most westernized things Yoga has been reduced to a narcissistic money grab..a big business....and I have come to the conclusion that being in a crowded hot oxygen deprived DIRTY room wearing some overpriced recycled polyester yoga outfit ie plastic on a expensive mat made of who knows what ??listening to some guru wanna be give commands IS NOT A HEALTHY CHOICE! And its not just this place ...most of them...this was just the worst example I ever experienced.... you vote with your TIME and MONEY..keeping mine and back to common sense and the best things in life are free...walking and getting fresh air ...stretching... feeding my mind.. body and spirit..not depleting it ....EXALTING THE LORD NOT SOME FREAK THAT THINKS THEY HAVE BECOME SOME DEMI GOD ...and if the saying cleanliness is next to Godliness is true well ...thus place is the anti Christ!

The gym offers both group fitness classes and individual training sessions, all of which include various exercises and equipment. Workouts are fun and vary per targeted muscle group. It'll be hard to find two workouts completely alike. I joined this gym shortly after being cleared for physical activity post liver donation surgery. In my time off I had lost all muscle and strength and was nervous to go back to the gym. Needless to say I could barely do a plank. Within just 16 wks I felt back to normal and stronger than I had been before my surgery.

I kept injuring the same knee and was worried that skiing would be a problem so I went for some physical therapy to strengthen it. Bill was great and wrote down a program for me to do at home between visits. I was very happy with the treatment and got through the ski season without injury (even though I fell and got knocked down a few times)!
