Seth's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate lifting heavy safely with correct form and I find all the different exercises helpful with daily life. 18 holes on the golf course, hours of yard-work, running an occasional mile are all WAY easier thanks to 3 hours a week. Is it easy? Nope. Do I recommend Seth as a coach to anyone looking to get in better shape? Absolutely

If you want a trainer who will sign you up for more programs without your consent and never praise but criticize what you for what you do and explain that it's never good enough or ... if you are struggling or not "good enough" or simply can't do something than your trainer will call you "lazy and say you are making excuses," Seth is your guy. If you want to be publicly insulted body/fat shamed to your face, behind your back to other clients and on social media, Seth is your guy. If you want to be told you will fail on your own without him or his "program" and that you will "die in ten years if you do not remain in his program because you are not capable of helping yourself"....Seth is your guy. If you want your wants/needs and medical concerns to be ignored and dismissed and be shamed and guilted for not signing up for every single program he demands because it "hurts his feelings", Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who will NOT meet you where you are at and allow his employees to start classes late then lie about customers being late, then lecture you..... then Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who will shame you for taking care of personal family needs/emergencies and make you feel like a piece of shit for having to stop his program due to personal/family emergencies and responsibilities, Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who flat says he has to motivate and hold his clients accountable by treating them this way, Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who will insult your parents or family whom he knows nothing about and say "you will end up just as unhealthy or dead like them if you don't work out at HIS gym... then Seth is your guy." I am not here to tear down anyone or cause anyone to lose their career or business. I've heard that Seth has helped many others. Great job! I did learn new workouts in his gym that I never thought I could have done so I am grateful and thankful for that and I will give credit there where credit is due. But, I keep it real and I will NEVER stand for the bullying, guilting, disrespect and shaming of other individuals as a means to gain business or as Seth puts it "motivate others or hold them accountable". I have been a social worker/mental health therapist for many years and I hold my clients accountable daily (ask any one of them) but I have NEVER done it by shaming, guilting, insulting, bullying them or bringing their families into it, or lying. So, Seth... I hope you take this negative review and learn from it. Be better, do better and help people by building them up not tearing them down and most important BE HONEST!!! Maybe take some courses on professionalism, human decency and how to motivate without bullying or shaming and how to meet clients where they are at. I honestly, despite all this wish Seth and his business/team all the best but you lost my business and I certainly won't be recommending anyone to go there because no one deserves to be treated the way I was and sadly I fear that I was not the only one with similar experiences and if this does not change, I won't be the last. We had an issue, yes, the post office misplaced the goods for about 10 days. Fiternity refused to help me solve the problem, wouldn't meet me in the middle at all. Then when the item finally showed up, it was way too big, and Blake's wife sent a scathing email calling me an "epic" customer because I didn't understand the sizing information on their website. On the website it says "unisex" sizing, but the order confirmation said "women's small". So which was right? No customer should be called names, EVER. Can't recommend these people at all. They may be athletes, who knows, but business people they are not.

Orangetheory is a completely different workout concept than any of the other local gyms or studios in the area. Not only do you FEEL the intensity of the workouts, but you are able to SEE the effects via the heart rate monitor and the display that is shown during class. You also get an informative email after every class with your statistics (calories burned/heart rate info). I really love this workout because it is very challenging, and provides me with a great cardio/endurance workout doing something other than what I would do on my own. Specifically, with regards to the treadmill intervals and inclines. The programming pushes you beyond your typical comfort zone, which is much needed and appreciated. That, combined with the diversity of the rowing, as well as the various interesting strength movements, make for a very "fun" hour. Your first class is free, so you can get an idea if it is something you would be interested in doing. Yes, the memberships are obviously more pricey than your typical $10 globo-gym, however, you are essentially getting personal training in a small group setting for an hour. I have definitely seen an increase in my cardiovascular endurance since joining, and have really enjoyed taking classes in conjunction with a regular weightlifting regimen. I've only taken Emilia's classes so far, as they seem to work best in my schedule, and she has been great. She explains all of the movements in a clear and concise way, and does an excellent job keeping members motivated during the class. Overall very pleased with OTF and love the burn!

It'll be hard to find two workouts completely alike. I joined this gym shortly after being cleared for physical activity post liver donation surgery. In my time off I had lost all muscle and strength and was nervous to go back to the gym. Needless to say I could barely do a plank. Within just 16 wks I felt back to normal and stronger than I had been before my surgery.
