I have seen a dramatic change in my health and fitness level since I made Body Be Well the foundation of my fitness program. Because Pilates focuses on core strength, it has helped me progress with the other forms of exercise I do including yoga, spinning and barre. My posture and flexibility has greatly improved and I cannot say enough about the experienced instructors. I have taken classes with all of them and they all bring a special unique touch making each class interesting and different. Fitness fads come and go with me, but I am addicted to Pilates and there is no better studio than Body Be Well to practice it at. I wish I could give them more than five stars.
