Carlos came out to repair my gas oven when it wasn't heating to temperature. Although, he didn't make it to my house at the appointed time, he still came. He knew what the problem was, checked the failing part, gave me a quote on cost of repair, all within 10 minutes. I went ahead with the repair and he wouldn't charge me until he made sure the repair was working, which it was. Carlos was very knowledgeable about what he needed to do, was very professional in doing it, and saved me some money in doing the repair. At 615 I again text to find out about the appointment, this is where I was completely disrespected and told to learn to read before making an appointment. Carlos was friendly, professional, and fixed my oven quickly and for a good price. I was able to text him to set up the appointment, and send him the model number of my oven. He came out within 2 days with a replacement part that fit. He stayed for an extra half hour or so testing out the oven and ensuring that the problem was fixed. Carlos came out within a couple of days to evaluate the problem with my washing machine. He said I needed a part to help with the balance. He ordered it and we made arrangements for him to return. He came back with the part and installed it. After he left , the same day,my machine did not drain at all. I contacted him multiple times and got no response. I suggested that perhaps I should cancel the check which I paid him and get another repair person. Still no response, after 4 business days. Ghosting a client is not appropriate....so glad I was able to cancel the check. Very disappointed considering the outstanding reviews. read more

Quite possibly the greatest customer service experience of my life. Our six year old dryer was getting power but was dead otherwise. I called over five service companies in the area. They either didn't pickup, don't service Samsung dryers or couldn't get onsite for 5+ days. I called Carlos who was in the middle of a repair. I texted him my information. He was at my house within a couple hours. Carlos was very kind and respectful. He completely took apart my dryer to find the problem. Replaced the defective parts, cleaned the dyer and gave me advice on how to avoid this in the future. $200 for the repair. Kind of stinks considering that's over 1/4 cost of the dryer but it was worth every penny in my opinion. I was not capable of fixing this and couldn't go a whole weekend without washing clothes. Warning: do not waste your time like my time was wasted by this company. Everything seemed great until the day of the repair - texting with them was easy, they got back to me quickly, and the service was able to be scheduled quite soon. We had good communication until the day of the repair: when the day came and I was given a window of time when they would show up, they never came. I texted them half-way into the 2 hour window I was told, and received no response. I sent another text at the end of the window, no response. I tried to call 30 minutes after the end of the arrival window and was immediately sent to voicemail, also never responded. So disappointing considering they had high reviews and initially seemed honest, but guess not. read more
