Tracy answered the phone right away and took my info. You have to give them a credit card number since the service call is $100 but still better than buying a whole new fridge. The appointment was made for three days later at noon. Dan and his son showed up right on time. They took my fridge apart in no time and assessed the situation. They were cordial and efficient while ensuring that none of the pieces broke while disassembling the unit. They talked about what they were finding and the possible solutions. There was no upselling, no 'you need a new this, a new that'; just service. They found the issue right away and put everything back together just the way it was. Mr. Delgado was punctual, clean and an excellent worker . He diagnosed the issue, picked up and had the bathroom room shower working in no time . I had previously used advanced sewer in Tonawanda and I didn't want to use them again cause they stinks since the original owner passed away and the son took it over.
