I can recall one Christmas Eve my furnace just stopped, even then Brian himself came out and had our home toasty warm in less than an hour.

This is his account of what happened.)…read more I am not typically this person BUT honesty is hard to come by these days and what happened to me yesterday is one reason why...I am one to always support local businesses, however there is one that I'd like to warn people about. I will keep it short and simple. I needed my walk-in cooler recharged. Recharged only. Not fixed (it works fine) so I called 'Brian's heating and electrical' in Mifflinburg. They came out and turned it on to charge it. Needless to say it stopped working and was told immediately that I needed a new compressor. Me, being and electrician of 30+ years knew better. I taught them how to troubleshoot it and knew right away it was an electrical issue. They sabotaged it to sell me a new compressor. Yes, I called the owner and gave him the opportunity to make it right. I explained to him that I don't blame him, but wanted to personally show him what was done. He told me he wasn't going to make it right. Below are the pics that show how it was sabotaged. Notice the white spots in the circle? The white part is where the pressure switch was when they got here and where they were when I found the problem (they moved them) . Once I put them back to the original setting the compressor fired right up. I'm not a rocket scientist but don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining!!
