Here it is 3700.00 gone and 2 months later and my duct work is still not completed. I am left with a big open hole in my sons bedroom and Zeb is avoiding all messages and calls. It has been below freezing at nite and so cold in here. I cant afford to hire someone else to come in to fix it because like an idiot, i paid him in full. All my underpinning is down and laying on ground so I am sure my water pipes will be freezing up. The insulation needs put back up as well. He calls himself so called family but I tell you, no one in my family would ever screw me over the way he is. I will be taking him to court for every penny he got from me. He cant even drag his ass out of bed before noon to even work on anything when he did show up. He always showed up around 4 or 5 pm with only a couple of hours of daylight left. The last day I saw him was over 2 weeks ago and he was here til 3 am outside in the dark so called working. lord knows what the ductwork he did put in looks like. The anticipated savings never occurred and a few years after the installation we began experiencing a fault code. We would call Hepler and they would instruct us to turn the power to the furnace off and back on and the code would clear. In 2021 the code occurred more frequently and we asked another WaterFurnace contractor to inspect the unit. As a result it was found that Hepler had installed four wells instead of the required six wells which made it necessary for the electric heat to activate during colder temperatures thus increasing our KWH consumption.We then consulted with another WaterFurnace contractor who agreed with the first that there should have been six wells. As a result we had to have two additional wells and a new WaterFurnace unit installed. We have been unable to resolve this matter with Hepler and although costly we have no choice but to litigate the matter.

We had Bucks come in to install a dishwasher. They said they could not install it properly due to a…read moredrain pipe blocking it form being pushed back all the way, so it was only hooked up and put into the spot, not actually attached to anything. It stuck out so far we couldn't open the cabinet under the sink. They also told us that in order to fix the issue, they would have to open up the ceiling in the room below to remove the pipe. Our bill for this was quite high. We got a second opinion from a different company. The second plumber was able to remove the pipe and properly install the dishwasher with no problem. The second plumber also noted that Bucks installed a new outlet for the dishwasher (the old one had been hardwired in) and they did not install the GFCI style despite it being clearly near a water source. So we ended up paying a new plumber a significant amount of money and still owing Bucks, when Bucks did not properly due the job at all, seemingly due to sheer incompetence. I would not recommend Bucks for anything.
