I've been with chronic pain for the past 22 years... Lower back pain got the best of me in the past 4 months.. My pain tolerance is pretty high, but I was desperate for any type of relief at this point.. When I tell you, I came in HURTING...that's an understatement... Dr. Rusnak did a consult and immediately got Patti (AMAZING massage therapist) on it! Patti gave a deep tissue massage to prep my body for Acupuncture and Cupping.. Dr. Rusnak took over and did what she does best! Her professionalism, knowledge and confidence in her craft was literally everything! I walked out of their clinic with pain RELIEF! My wife and I were HIGHLY impressed as they went above and beyond to help with my pain management.. 1 Star - Deceptive marketing and awful experience…read more I had a terrible experience at Bloom Aesthetics in Dr. Phillips and would strongly advise others to stay away. You cannot even make an appointment without paying a fee, which already felt questionable--but I paid it anyway. I then drove over an hour in traffic because their marketing clearly advertises Botox. That turned out to be deceptive and misleading. Once I arrived, I was told they do not actually use Botox, but instead inject a knockoff product. Not only that, they over-injected me, using double the amount I normally receive, and charged me twice as much. The result? My eye started twitching, my eyelid drooped, and my entire brow has fallen. I look awful. I drove another hour back two weeks later because they said they could "fix" it. When I arrived, they suddenly changed their story and told me there was nothing they could do and that I just had to wait for it to wear off--which could take 3 to 6 months. Completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund and was flat-out refused. Because of the deceptive marketing and refusal to take responsibility, I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General for deceptive marketing practices and also disputed the charges with American Express. I genuinely regret ever coming here. Do not go here.

Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me.
