It really is a very quick ride. Views are cool. If you do not have the time or physical ability to hike up to the top of Stone Mountain, then take a ride on the Summit Skyride. It is included with an Attractions ticket to Stone Mountain or you can purchase it for the ride only. The views of the Appalachian Mountains and the Atlanta Skyline are beautiful from the top of Stone Mountain. I recommend taking the Summit Skyride to get to the top. Hopefully, the weather will be cooperative. The ride is subject to closure if the weather is bad.

Our tour was on a Saturday, two of the wineries had live music and food for purchase. Each winery was beautifully decorated and offered wine and cute gifts to purchase. The tastings are held inside but you have an opportunity to walk outside and explore. Stacy, our driver was amazing. He arrived a few minutes before the schedule pick-up time. At each destination he was attentive and periodically checked on everyone in my party. He was available if we needed anything and communicated the times to ensure we were on schedule. He also was an awesome camera man. The Cana team was very professional and responsive to all questions and inquiries. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them.

So for 40mins I was on the phone with the 800 number that was given and those people first gave me incorrect information and then couldn't help me! They told me to call the locations. I did. And NEIThER of the locations picked up the phone so when I asked the 800 number to call the branch of their own company they told me they couldn't! This is the help line and they did not do anything to help me! In fact they made it worse by saying that I would not be able to catch the bus from the airport location when I could. Megabus, bolt bus, Chinatown busses-please expand your service network so I never have to take another greyhound!

You guys don't answer your phone (to a pathological degree…read more.. it's like they are afraid to actually answer a phone) & I should have noted this has been going on for years (not just when you are traveling). I did give in & ask a question on your FB page, then instead of you just answering, you guys just blocked me from posting questions. I was really interested in a trip, too. There are typically more errors in the website & emailed itinerary details than other companies.... which you are lax about correcting. Actually, I was exceedingly fair in my review, even noting that you do have some regulars, affordability, & some uniqueness. Hopefully you will take constructive criticism to improve your business instead of just arguing & trying to disprove legitimate points.
