It is included with an Attractions ticket to Stone Mountain or you can purchase it for the ride only. The views of the Appalachian Mountains and the Atlanta Skyline are beautiful from the top of Stone Mountain. I recommend taking the Summit Skyride to get to the top. Hopefully, the weather will be cooperative. The ride is subject to closure if the weather is bad.

Our tour was on a Saturday, two of the wineries had live music and food for purchase. Each winery was beautifully decorated and offered wine and cute gifts to purchase. The tastings are held inside but you have an opportunity to walk outside and explore. Stacy, our driver was amazing. He arrived a few minutes before the schedule pick-up time. At each destination he was attentive and periodically checked on everyone in my party. He was available if we needed anything and communicated the times to ensure we were on schedule. He also was an awesome camera man. The Cana team was very professional and responsive to all questions and inquiries. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them.

I had questions about my reservation and wanted to speak with someone. So for 40mins I was on the phone with the 800 number that was given and those people first gave me incorrect information and then couldn't help me! They told me to call the locations. I did. And NEIThER of the locations picked up the phone so when I asked the 800 number to call the branch of their own company they told me they couldn't! This is the help line and they did not do anything to help me! In fact they made it worse by saying that I would not be able to catch the bus from the airport location when I could. Megabus, bolt bus, Chinatown busses-please expand your service network so I never have to take another greyhound!

However my most recent experience has turned me off of using this service again, and leads me to advise against it with my friends and family - I booked a shuttle from the Atlanta airport to the Gainesville office, I arrived at the designated pickup location well before the suggested 15-minutes prior to scheduled time, at the scheduled pick up time no shuttle had arrived, after an extended hold, I was connected to an agent who only then informed me that the shuttle would be a little late and I would just have to "wait it out". 30 minutes after my scheduled departure time, a shuttle arrived. When I asked about a partial or full refund, the agent very sharply stated "Well we don't do refunds. Your shuttle will arrive soon." And, ended the call.
