Our tour was on a Saturday, two of the wineries had live music and food for purchase. Each winery was beautifully decorated and offered wine and cute gifts to purchase. The tastings are held inside but you have an opportunity to walk outside and explore. Stacy, our driver was amazing. He arrived a few minutes before the schedule pick-up time. At each destination he was attentive and periodically checked on everyone in my party. He was available if we needed anything and communicated the times to ensure we were on schedule. He also was an awesome camera man. The Cana team was very professional and responsive to all questions and inquiries. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them.

Last Friday, by the time I left at 8:50, the…read morelocation was still Not open even though it was clear that someone had come, put a sweater on the chair and turned on a light. I had questions about my reservation and wanted to speak with someone. So for 40mins I was on the phone with the 800 number that was given and those people first gave me incorrect information and then couldn't help me! They told me to call the locations. I did. And NEIThER of the locations picked up the phone so when I asked the 800 number to call the branch of their own company they told me they couldn't! This is the help line and they did not do anything to help me! In fact they made it worse by saying that I would not be able to catch the bus from the airport location when I could. Megabus, bolt bus, Chinatown busses-please expand your service network so I never have to take another greyhound!
