With several failed attempts to get a hold of any landscaping companies, C4 surprised me with their promptness and willingness to provide service. I met with Joe and he immediately came to my house for a free assessment, walkthrough, and itemized estimate of the work to be completed. When the work started, all of the workers were extremely respectful of our property and privacy. They were also very thorough. I agree with the last two reviews. Joe communicated great at first and then was non-responsive and always behind schedule. Also I would definitely get a second bid as C4 ended up being very expensive. They also do not give you any plans (irrigation) after the jobs done. So when my sprinklers were not working correctly and I had a huge leak in one valve, I called Joe to come look at the situation, his reply was "what do you want me to do about it? Then he proceeded to tell me that industry standard is 30 day warranty on all valves and irrigation. The system was put in 6 months ago. So when I googled the warranty on irrigation valves, (which run above $300 ea) , it says 5 year warranty. Also, C4 gave me a bid of $1100 for monthly lawn maintenance...$650 more than the company I hired. Needless to say...I would not recommend them. Don't let the shiny equipment fool you!!! read more

Do not recommend. They were quick to respond and friendly at first. Communication was great, and they started quickly and got the job done quickly. However, the quality of the concrete is seriously lacking. Some edges are not level and not clean with lots of excess, messy concrete. There are sections that are bumpy like they didn't smooth it out flat very well, and some corners are simply terrible looking. When we inquired about the quality issues, they made a bunch of excuses as to why things occurred and did a half-effort job or trying to 'repair' some of the issues. They offered no solutions to the bumpy areas. We are going to have to hire someone else to fix & redo some areas. Edited to add more photos. read more

The work was done swiftly (frequently ahead of schedule) and the end product is amazing. It's been great to share the new yard with family and friends. C4 is also very helpful for dealing with any issues that arise, such as making sure all the plants are receiving sufficient water and repairing a small sprinkler leak the same day it was noticed. Do not recommend. I hired them to put in a concrete patio and sidewalk. Joe is very friendly and a good salesman but communication after the initial visit was not good. He texted at 10:00 am to say they were coming at noon to pour the concrete. The reason I decided to write the review is because today I had another landscape guy come over to help with some artificial turf and he saw the drain in the middle of the sidewalk where it does absolutely no good and he started laughing. He was shocked. Of course Joe had promised to move the drains and even add another one. I'm not sure why moving the drains was such a big deal for them. It seems like it would take about 15 minutes to do. On the bright side, the concrete work was nicely done. Make sure to get multiple bids. I was lazy and it cost us. read more
