If I could give them 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have received for an event I hired C9 Balloons for. I had an event for a special client and I had ordered a design of balloons with Tassels and glitter inside the balloons. What I received was a complete mess... the balloons did not look like what I had ordered and what they promised ... they looked cheap and none of the xtras on the ballon's were added. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, in fact they arrived late for the set up. The event was at 12pm and they came at 12pm to setup. Guests were already there and they were just arriving to install!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And my nightmare doesn't end there!! I tried contacting them after the event to talk to someone about the issues with the balloons and installation. I left several voicemails, emails and no one has called me back or emailed me back.! It's been 10 days and no contact. This to me seems like a SCAM! Because no one has tried reaching out to me as fast as they were to take my money they should be considerate enough to try and contact me back about my issue. If you are thinking of hiring a balloon company! Do not hire C9Balloons!! Just trying to share my experience so you don't have your money wasted with such an unprofessional company. read more

Kearsten was super professional and thorough, the quote was competitive and she was so quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. I emailed Gennifer and she replied within less than an hour. She was very thorough in finding out exactly what I needed, even texted me pictures of the colors I wanted to use. She gave me numerous quotes to meet the needs of my client. Gennifer went above and beyond to earn my business. Had it been for my personal event, I would have chosen C9, but it came down to price and my client had already exhausted her budget. While we did not order the balloons, we did attend an event that showcased their balloons and we were seriously impressed. It was a Halloween theme and they produced the biggest black widow spider you have ever seen! It must have been over 30 feet in size. Someone there has some serious talent! Please please be careful before booking with C9. This company was extremely disappointing. I called them to see if they could do balloons in my pool for my daughters sweet 16 and gave them a picture of what I desired. The specialist Martha advised absolutely and that they had done this before and the quality of material they used was the best. I have to say all the vendors I hired that day were A-class except for the C9 balloons. The worker showed up on time and when I saw him blowing balloons up I stopped him and said that the weight and balloons were not quality. He agreed but he said the weight(home-depot washers) were all they gave him. While he was blowing the balloon and placing them in pool they were moving around the pool(weight was cheap) and literally before he was done they all joined together in a knot looking like a disaster. I tried calling Martha which you get a VM on weekends no one to answer. I found an email she sent me in the past and emailed her after her calling back she apologized and advise what did I want to do I advise wanted at 279.00 refund she said no problem after she saw pictures I sent her and she would call me back. Well 17 days later no call and no refund. Please please call another balloon company I would never recommend them. read more
