Got some freestanding balloon columns for a birthday dinner and love them so much! I am a repeat customer and will continue to work with Wendy for any future balloon decor projects. She is responsive, communicates well, and most of all makes beautiful products. I sent photos of what I wanted her to mimic and she did exactly that, and even much nicer! A bonus is how sweet and easy she is to work with.
I've been using Stars Above Balloons for all of my special occasions for the last 4 years. One was for my daughter's circus-themed 1st birthday and recently was my husband's birthday. Wendy is super responsive and such a joy to work with! Very creative, helpful, and very accommodating, she is the best!
Amazing job by Wendy! I was trying to figure out a creative way to surprise the husband for his birthday. The added complexity was his birthday being in the middle of the week, and me trying to pickup things during work is a little difficult unless very local. I live in Eastvale/Corona, and most vendors I'd normally go to would easily be in Riverside or OC. Very thankful for Stars Above Balloon Decor being local! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES! I do need to thank my fellow Yelp-ers for their reviews, and lovely examples of what Stars Above has created for them. We weren't going to have a party, so a balloon bouquet would've been perfect for this. I've never ordered balloons before, but was able to go onto her website and request a quote based on some of the information requested. I don't know if it was my computer or internet connection, but I couldn't review any of the links on the website except for the quote request, but was at least able to submit the quote request. Wendy responded very quickly to me via email regarding all of the questions I had, and we did have quite a bit of back-and-forth because I was a little undecided, but we were able to get a date, time, theme, purpose, etc. I also had to request no latex balloons due to an allergy, and she was able to accommodate. Once we were able to confirm final details, Wendy sent me an invoice, I paid it, and Wendy provided a few ideas on what the bouquet could look like. I basically had her just do her magic because I'm not super-creative, and the final product was so cute! The entire interaction process with her took less than a day. Very communicative via email, Wendy confirmed the time a day before the delivery date, and delivered the balloon bouquet on time on day of delivery. The husband very much loved the bouquet, and it had the aesthetic I was looking for. Very pleased with the customer service and final delivery, and she also sent me an email once the delivery was made. Love the attention to detail! Thank you very much, Wendy!
Exceeded every expectation! Budget friendly & Beyond service oriented! Squeezed our event in despite very little notice. Best of all...Balloons were AMAZING and really tied our event theme together! Wendy made a beautiful balloon arch for my daughter's baby shower. It complimented the arch we had rented perfectly. A couple weeks later was my son's 1st birthday. Our backdrop vendor backed out the day before the party. I frantically began to call everyone. Wendy got back to me right away after I explained my sitauation. She told all the options she was able do for us to help save our party. Thank you Wendy!
Wendy is AMAZING!!! I had my daughters Sweet 16 and since we could not hang anything or pin anything to the walls at the banquet hall, I needed a focal point, a balloon display. Wendy was by far the best vendor I had the pleasure of working with. She was very responsive and she even gave me referrals to other vendors I needed. Everyone at the party was asking about the balloons! She went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I have saved you to my contacts and will be calling you for my next event ;)

I just had my baby shower this past weekend and I had the most amazing balloons from Stars Above Balloon Decor! My theme was Donuts and Diapers. Wendy at Stars Above Balloons is absolutely phenomenal! She designed a gorgeous and elegant balloon display for the windows of our new boutique for our grand opening. We have gotten so many compliments on it and I cannot stop staring at it since it is so beautiful! It is actually two sided so we have a fun colorful balloon to match our colors in the front and white with baby's breath on the inside to complement the decor in the boutique. Just AMAZING!! Wendy is wonderful from beginning to end. She was easy to talk to and responds quickly. Her follow up is very timely and makes sure the client is satisfied. I called her in a panic for a baby shower I planned, one week before, and I thought for sure, she would be booked, but she cane through and saved the party decorations! She offered suggestions and walked through the whole process so easily. On the day of, she arrived on time and did my balloon arch on the spot...IT WAS BEAUTIFUL (my eyes twinkle lol). She even gave us a customized "baby" balloon as a gift! Honestly, I will recommend her to all my friends and family! Great work and awesome service! The pictures I took don't do her work justice. Wendy and her staff were professional and on-time. Wendy invested a lot of time planning my sons first birthday with my wife, from staging the look to actually making it come truly alive. Stars Above Ballon Decor is noticeably in the balloon industry for passion and creativity (not for the money) so when you deal with Wendy, only expect to be treated with care and expect everyone to rave about her work :) Rates are very competitive, and Stars Above Ballon Decor accepts credit cards too! Wendy came at 8AM with her staff to set up and asked when we expected clean up to begin, we said 9PM and she returned on the dot to pick up her items. Wendy also goes as far as lending you some additional products such as chalk markers, and little stands that can write on for labeling and also went out of her way to invest in stuffed dolls to fit my sons Birthday theme. Additionally, if you're like us, and choose to invest in large balloons you can! We bought them online and Wendy gladly filled them with helium (we obviously paid for the helium usage). But most Balloon decor people refuse to do this, and try and upsell you on their products only with huge rates attached; not Wendy, she's 100% reasonable. Stars Above Balloon Decor and Wendy are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Definitely recommended, and would hire again. read more
