Great place for printing. They have great prices and will go out of their way to make sure your job is done right. I've had a banner printed (5ft x 3ft) and some certificates (8.5x11) that needed to be printed edge to edge(bleed). Both jobs were high quality. At first they seemed very friendly and eager to process my order. However, when i arrived to pick up my order the lady behind the counter was very rude and I mean RUDE. She turned her back on me and refused to talk to me after our conversation. One of the prints they printed for me came about beautiful but when I touched the print the ink was still wet and smudged. The lady behind the counter, said that wasn't there fault that it smudged and what did I want to her to do. I said reprint and call me when it is really dry. She said she would have to charge me for a reprint because it was my fault that I touched it and smudged it. I tried to reason with her that she should have not called me to pick up if the print wasn't dry. She argued and said she couldn't do anything to fix it because she was not the printer. I told her I wasn't going to accept the prints and to have the printer call me in the morning. I then went home and send an email to the printer explaining what had happened and he responded with a very nasty email saying it was my fault and that I shouldn't have spoke to his employee that way. What happened to making the customer happy. There was a couple of other issues that Jai and I disagreed upon as to what transpired. I asked for a refund because I had paid in advance for his services. He denied my request and said I approved the printing, which I did but I did not approve of the ink smearing when I picked it up. Long Story I know, I am so angry and disappointed in there service and it looks like from a few others customers they were treated with poor service as I was. I ended up having my husband pick up the reprint and the blurry print and sent my order to FEDEX, who treated me kindly and didn't ask me to pay up front because they wanted me to be happy with their services before i paid. Now that is what their service should be like. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY if you don't like rude people or people who tell the customer they are wrong and then refuse to give a refund for their shotty service. You have been warned. Absolutely awful service and work. Went in to have simple black and white copies printed from a PDF filed and even provided the cardstock. Not only did he feel the need to make inappropriate and rude comments on the wording of the invitation, but was condescending and rude. He let us know pick up would be two days and anytime available afterwards. Got there to find out the prints were not done because of issues on his printer. Okay, stuff happens, but let someone know! At pick up, the first thin he said was "Those were a pain!" the invitations came out clearly crooked, a part of the print was chopped off, and there was discoloration. He had the audacity to say he was not going to charge extra because of how tedious it was to which I politely responded and advised him to please inform his customers ahead of time if he is not capable of getting the print job done correctly to avoid wasting time and resources. Never again coming here and hope others save their money. read more

I went here a few times because I was in a hurry and it's very close to my house, but NEVER AGAIN. Even though Staples is 20 minutes of a drive during traffic I will go there from now on. Jai is beyond rude. I am a young girl and he always has something to comment on my appearance. The way he looks at me gives me the creeps. The service is awful. They always mess something up. I went there to print a map using their blueprint machine and it came out so discolored. He blamed it on the machine after making me wait over 40 minutes. I wanted business cards there and I had to make three trips because he was too incoherent to explain what dimensions they should be in. I kept going because, as a small business owner, I wanted to support a small local business, but seriously, there's no point. The waits take forever, Jai is beyond rude and incompetent, and their online system is an absolute joke. Today, I had enough. After being made to wait over 30 minutes for a simple color print job, Jay charged me $4 without letting me know what the price would be beforehand. It should have only come out to $0.50. And when I gave him my card, he said "I'll charge you $10, though because there's a $10 minimum." I said, "You can do that, but I'm never going to come here again," but he had the audacity to reply, "well you still have $5 in credit." LEARN YOUR MATH. LEARN HOW TO USE A FRIKKIN COMPUTER. Pretty awesome place to make fancy copies in mass. When I had my 15th birthday celebration, I had special invitations be made but did not buy enough and I came here to make more. They had them ready the day they said they would be ready and they were printed at a reasonable price. I've also sent faxes through here before. read more

I am not going to lie I went in here because I needed to print out some business cards for my boyfriend. I walk in and waited almost 5 to 10 minutes for someone to help me. Finally the owner Jai came over and ask what I needed, I told him I needed about 100 cards printed with a matte finish. I paid in full hoping because it's a printing business and that it's still standing I would have nothing to worry about. I was wrong!!! I call the next day at noon like the owner told me to see if my order was finish, when I answer he gave me some lame excuse saying the guy that was working on it wasn't there and that he would call me later. I left work around 3:00pm and got tired of waiting so I called them, his wife pick up and by far is the only person that seem to give a damn about the customer. She told the order were finished awhile ago and that they didn't have my number on file. One I gave it to Jai the day before and with my own two eye balls see him write it down on paper. Anyways I went to go pick it up and I only look at one card, which is my fault I should have gone through them, but I was to excited and went home to wrap them up to give to my bf the next day. Long story short, bf open it and look through it and we found out that it was smaller the the standard card size the width was fine but the height of the card is short, then they cut it crooked and uneven. The layout of half the card was f up. I was piss this was supposed to be a present for my bf because he became a lawyer and for him to open it up to find such a hot mess was so embarrassing. I paid $54.00 and the quality of the work is not even worth what I paid for. Later when I get home I will upload some of the cards to show the horrible job they did. Excellent service!!! Jai saved the day by printing a last minute invitation for my son's birthday. I tried going to Staples but they refused my business because of a small icon on the invite. No worries because Jai kept his doors open for me to come in, print and cut while delivering high quality at a very fair price. Needless to say... they turned out amazing!!! It was Memorial Day I was super stressed because I had no where to print my lab documents and only visiting the city, I called and although they were closed they still attended me. We had a small order earlier this month for some flyers. It was done more than I expected as they upgrade the paper and the printing quality is real nice. Do not use them, I tried getting business cards from them and it took way more time to get. When I got them they looked like what i would make on my computer with Microsoft Word. Horrible customer service, I even paid them in advace as a sign of good faith. The owner Jai is a very rude, all i wanted was business cards and he treated me like i was dirt. I own a hair salon and I am always trying to find new ways of doing advertizing on my own. I make up my own fliers, menu's, coupons, banners or what ever I want and they always give me a great price to make copies. Awful service. I go in and it takes 5 minutes for a rude man to ask what I need. He yells at me to go to him instead of coming to me. I go over and I hand him my usb let him know I need one page printed and let him know the file name. For about another five minutes he looks at the computer trying to print a pdf. He states his computer cannot open pdf, I then ask if I can email it and he once again yells at me to read the sign. I look for the sign and it was actually just a sheet of paper with several different things on it typed it horribly. I email it to him and once again wait another five minutes to print. When he finally prints it hands it to me he then states it'll be dollars because he had to go on the internet it'll be double the price, he never told me of the extra charge. I let him know it shouldn't be because my computer may read it, but I continue to just get this over with. I then take out my card and yells at me once again that it's cash only for under 10$. I grab my usb and let him know that it's fine he may keep the page and I'll be leaving to somewhere else that accepts card since that's all I have. I leave the copy there and walk and he then follows yelling at me stating that I have stolen, even though I left the copy there. Rude service, over charge, and awful the suite itself is a mess. Next time I will just go to staples and print it for 20¢. read more
