Their shop was spotless and they had a number of items to inspect and that is what sealed the deal for us is that their shop was spotless and very nice things they were working on. They also came and picked up the desk and delivered it back here as well... this was a risk for us because we had reached out to a handful of companies a couple years ago and looked at their work online and was just not happy with their work. After making a few calls to office furniture companies, Selena from First Call Office Furniture was the only person to call me back and I am so happy she did. Selena came out to measure my office space and she was very professional and informative. I was relieved when I found out that First Call also offers removal and disposal of old office furniture. I submitted the estimate for 10 cubicles to management along with the removal and disposal of the old furniture. The owner quickly approved the great price and they were installed a week later. When you ask for a price they may tell you is something it isn't so they can up their prices (know what you are selling as the seller and protect yourself as a buyer). I overheard him talking to another customer when they asked the price of an item and he said $20. The person said "oh wow ok I won't get it." He replied, "Well we have to start somewhere." He has used this line on me before as well. When the person said they have attended other estate sales and the item they were looking to purchase is usually around $5, he replied that they are one of the cheapest companies out there. NOT TRUE AT ALL! They are one of the most EXPENSIVE, and in a nutshell, bad customer service. And before you (Veteran's Estate Sales) reply to this and thank me for your 1 star review, for serving in the military, I appreciate your service and protecting our country....
