I was very disappointed by the level of service I received with Workplace Solutions especially as it was recommended to me by a colleague. I asked for a redesign of my team's office, with new furniture and a creative use of space. What I got was no communication and a lack of creative interest and support in the project. I was hoping for direction and ease! I am not an office designer and I have no idea for the best way to utilize space. I also have no knowledge of what the best furniture is! I was looking for the recommendation of a professional. The communication by the sales representative Alondra was absolutely horrible. I had to follow up several times regarding designs, quotes, options, timing etc. Her communication was so bad I ended up calling the general phone number to get someone from their team to follow up with her directly. I was hoping Alondra would have some input on the space but she was so uninspired. I asked for her recommendations on colors, sizes, chair types etc. and when she did respond she would just send me everything with no direction or recommendation. This was an absolutely horrible experience for me and I hope the business can take this information and renew their focus on customer service training with all their representatives. read more

I needed a single office chair (Hendrix High-Back) and actually saw it at another place in the SF Valley, but decided to give Workplace a call as they are closer to me. The sales person was very helpful and sent me info on some other "modern" chairs that he thought I may like. I kept with the Hendrix and he was able to beat (unbeknownst to him!) the pricing that was given to me by the other supplier in the Valley. The unassembled (there was an option for them to assemble) chair arrived in a day or two with all the allen wrenches needed for assemble were included. Took maybe 15 minutes to assemble. I could not be happier with the new in home office desk set up that was installed a few weeks ago. I thought it would be expensive to repair, or be difficult to find the part. I called customer service and spoke to Geoff Mote. He was friendly and very helpful. I sent him a picture of the chair, and within minutes he identified the solution, and ordered the part. 3 days later Geoff contacted me, came to get the chair, and had it fixed THE SAME DAY! Our company was in search of new cubicles. We went to different places and everything was pretty expensive. No one seemed to fall within our budget and our design needs. We came across Workplace Solutions through a customer of ours who had their office done by them earlier this year. I gave them a call and told them I had a floor plan and needed some cubicles, they never asked how many cubicles I needed and insisted on measuring the space. Their team came, measured the space and provided me with drawings; we made a few changes to the drawing. Their turn around time was fast and very detailed. But best of all, we LOVED their prices, saving over 40% from the previous quotes. We purchased 24 cubicles and now looking into our 2017 project....
