Called Friday morning to get a notary stamp made and shipped over night. Zahra took care of me right away and was very friendly/easy to work with. Unfortunately UPS did not deliver my package next day air and delivered it next business day which was late Monday afternoon ( yet I needed it for Sunday ). I reached out to Zahra via email and she promptly responded and offered a refund for UPS's mistake. First of all I just want to say that these guys have some excellent customer service. They were super helpful. I went in yesterday with a rush order for some customized stamps late in the evening.
