He mentioned that Ashley is having 12 months, no interest financing and I was interested in that to help me budget for this purchase. Yay! I got approved. I would recommend Sabino. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. It was a great experience. The store is organized with many pieces of furniture and their website provides details on how wide your door must be to get inside.

We wanted to explore the area / mall and walked into Ashley Furniture to browse. We were immediately stopped by Zana and were told that it was company policy to follow around customers to help them browse. We thought this policy was invasive and didn't allow us to freely shop and consider our options. We also saw other people shopping freely without a chaperone so we felt targeted. She even told us that she thought we were teenagers when we revealed we are in our 30s with a child. She also kept talking about financing options if we didn't have the funds to purchase. We felt very awkward and ended up leaving without purchasing anything even though we need basically everything for our new apartment. Ashley Furniture should really reconsider this store policy (if it's true). I have a feeling she just wanted the commission and lied about the policy because we were the only ones being followed around.
